EV Charging Ireland Reviews

Good communication from start to finish on the job, paid deposit at start and didn't have to pay balance until job was completed in full. Very satisfied with work and would have no problem recommending. Thanks again.B Russell D24.

When I called them about moving from a Tesla wall charger to a 3rd party provider, they gave me an immediate, in-depth comparison and recommended the best charger for my needs. Installation was completed within a matter of weeks and the entire process and service was excellent.

Great up front information, strong customer service and follow up when needed

From start to finish the level of service is what I would have expected but it surpassed all my expectations. The office sales team talked me through everything and recommended the best EV charger for my needs. Nick our installer went above and beyond to make sure the charger was not only aesthetically pleasing on our home but talked through the whole process and it was safely and neatly done. I have never had one single issue since install, everything was perfectly installed in a safe professional way. I am happily charging my EV from home in the knowledge that everything was done to the highest level of safety and workmanship. Highly recommend EV Charging Ireland...have never looked back :)

This is a “Gem” of a company. From our initial enquiry to the day of install. One word -Seemless- We had a Zappi EV Charger installed at our house. They installers on site where brilliant. Niall and Deirdre were so professional. 6 stars all round.

Delighted with the service we received when ordering a home car charger from EV Charging Ireland. I contacted a few different companies but after speaking with Aishling & Susan I knew we were making the right choice in ordering a car charger through EV Charging Ireland. They were very informative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. On their advice we went with a Smappee home EV charger and it was the best decision we made. They even helped with my grant application and getting all the paper work together at short notice as it was due to expire.

The lads who Installed the charger were absolutely brilliant. Keith and his team were extremely efficient and very tidy after they finished installing, then went through everything in detail and how to operate the device.

Everything about EV charging Ireland was quick, painless and I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fast and efficient install and everthing is working perfectly 2 months later so I'm very happy

got a Zappi EV smart charger installed, the installation was made well and pretty rapidly, the price is reasonable, they handle the paperwork for the gov grant. Highly recommended!

Very happy with work done.Extremely neat and blending in with surroundings. Staff very professional and hard working. Explained different stages and options. Times of work arranged to suit.

everyone was really nice and you could feel the engineers coming to visit the house were honest and were not just trying to sell as much as they could which is very authentic and rare these days. And all the support staff was super efficient and kind. For these reasons I would totally recommend your company and probably contact you again in the future for more services.

PS: The only thing I would maybe recommend is to make it very clear to the customer that the engineers plan to come at 8am in the morning. As this wasn't clear at all twice and with kids in the morning things are a bit hectic. Just a clear notice of time to expect the engineers (even if it's 8am) would have helped

really nice people to talk to, the ladies in the office were very helpful with general queries and the lads installing the charge point were very quick, tidy and happy to answer all of the basic operational questions. 100% recommend them

All the staff I spoke with were pleasant and helpful; the electronic paperwork was simple to download and straightforward to complete (including the grant application); and the Zappi charger was neatly and expertly fitted at the appointed time on the day before my car arrived. The experience really couldn't have been bettered.

Super follow up, all the detail you need when you need.
Every person you spoke to was professional and genuinely nice.
Installation crew were brilliant to work with, Paperwork was prompt and accurate. Could not ask for more

From the sales advice service to the timely scheduling and installation, all the people I dealt with were extremely helpful, honest, and reassuring when it came to the best solution for my particular needs. The follow-up service from both the office and field staff was excellent and provided great confidence in choosing this company to handle my requirements

Very good experience from start to finish

Very professional, courteous and delivered on time. The staff are extremely helpful

Very good to deal with. Plenty of helpful information, help with the grant application, and the installation itself was very neat. Would highly recommend.

Great service by EV Charging Ireland. They made the whole process for navigating the installation, payments and grant application very easy and were very responsive to any queries. The installers did a very neat job with a trickier installation. Cannot rate highly enough.

I choose EV Charging based on Trust Pilot reviews and those reviews weren't wrong. Great service and advice delivered promptly and very well.

Very pleasant to deal with, all work completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone.
