Horrible service. I placed on an order and immediately tried to cancel. I emailed them every day for a week and eventually got an email saying they had processed the order and it was not yet shipped. They did not mention any ability to cancel it and said that I could return the products once I had received them. I am responsible for return shipping charges. Because of my rapid request to cancel the order I have had success with Visa. I have to wait 15 days for Visa to do a final dispute and then will be reimbursed 5 days after that. Visa recommends using trust pilot to get rating on Chinese companies posing as Canadian companies out of Vancouver.

I ordered clothing from this "company". What i received was nothing like the pictures and was very poor quality. Waste of money! I think this is a scam company.

I assume this is the same company that I bought a necklace from. It ie awful! Very poor quality. The so-called natural pearls are plastic. The whole piece looks like something you would win at a fair.
Contacted the company about returning it and the reply said to return it to China at my expense, despite it being nothing like the description in the advertisement. Emailed again and have not got a reply.

Does not look like the add. Cheap. Looks like something made in a bad warehouse with cheap material. Shoes and top smell terrible. They never answer their Emails.
Was charged in double for an item. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered on the 20th of March, as of today April 1 still have not received. I did not read the reviews first, shame on me... At first I got emails everyday, then I started emailing them back now they are ghosting me. Not sure what my next steps are?

This company is a spam !!! Do not buy any clothes. There are any return and any money back 😡

SCAM!!! DO NOT USE This company is not in London as they claim, its in china. I ordered two pairs of shoes they took over 4 weeks to arrive, were two sizes smaller than they should have been and low quality. I requested a return to be told that they dont do many refunds ( a strange claim for a company selling shoes and clothes) and would refund me just 15% and I could keep the shoes and/or order some more (still with only a refund of 15%) I declined as I didn't want to end up with 4 pairs of shoes that didn't fit. After a lot of pushing I was eventually given a returns address and told that it was expensive to return them. This cost me a further £30 at the post office to send them back to China. This was at the start of November. There has been no response to my repeated requests for an update on my refund so all in all this has cost £115 for absolutely nothing. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 6 and a sweater. It took weeks before I received them. The shoes that came said size 37 on them, which is a size 7. When I tried to return them they gave me all different options EXCEPT to get get my 30 day money back guarantee which the site says. Only offered a store credit OR 20% of the purchase price! What a scam !!

Absolutely awful sp called London company. I am trying to get a partial refund ( better than nothing) but now they aren't answering my emails.
The stuff is China ceap.
£30 to rerun them and they are plastic crap shoes. The heel is even a different shade. Do NOT buy .

Same as everyone else. No items received. Luckily I got a partial refund but still money outstanding. Just get automated emails. No humans. Website has now disappeared.

I wish I could rate “no stars”. The site indicates it’s from Charleston, which is not true. Total China crap. Site says you can easily return or exchange, however, will negotiate with you on not sending back and taking off a percentage with each communication. Then states their final offer is 40% and that they are being “generous” as the item was “final sale”, which is not shown anywhere on the item. I don’t want this item. I just want to return it.

I wish I had read these reviews before payin £34 for a plastic bag. They are an absolute disgrace they are from china not London as stated . They do not give refunds just 15% of price you payed or tell you to return at a cost of £30 postage. Total rip off disgusting store please do not buy from them it is cheap plastic Chinese tat.

This shop is a scam. They claim t9 be in london and it is false information. They sent me an item that didnt look anything like the picture, the shoes smell like chemicals and they were very plastic. When asked for refund they just give you a 15% of the price back or if you want a full refund you have to pay £30 to srnd the product back. Dont buy from this shop. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Totally scammed was advertised as leather most definitely not ! Pure plastic. Items are shipped from China hence the lengthy wait for delivery. Do not touch this company whatsoever

Scam warning! Evelyn and Grace, evelynandgrace.co.uk, is a shoe and clothing boutique with a very elegant website and Facebook marketing campaign. The business claims to be based in the UK - this is a false claim.
The business claims to be running an anniversary sale - this is a false claim.
They present false reviews and they make false claims about stock running out.
The business operates from China and all purchases are shipped from China. They have a return policy, but they do not state that returns must be shipped back to China at a cost of £25-30.
The images on the website are enhanced such that the products that are delivered do not resemble the photos on the website. The quality of manufacture is extremely poor and the materials are not as described. On the shoes I bought my wife, the heels were a noticeably different shade to the uppers and the shoes were a significantly different shape from those depicted in the marketing images. It is as though they shipped a poor imitation of their own product!
There is a customer services email address, but the replies insist that the products are of acceptable quality and a partial refund is offered (15%) or a full refund is promised on receipt of the shoes at their handling warehouse in China (30 days after receipt, and shipping charge is more than 50% of purchase price)
Do not give these people money.

Cheap crap overpriced tut. An embarrassment to even be selling them. The stitch you up so you can’t return them by saying everything is a final sale… Ladies avoid like the plague these are totally rip or scam artists!!!

Agree with all the other comments - shoes took ages to arrive (a month), and 2 of the 4 pairs were missing. Very cheap looking and not like the pictures on the website.

Have emailed, no response yet. Have called and only get a very well spoken english person saying I am in a queue then that they can't speak to me right now and I should email.
