This is one of those expectation vs reality gone wrong shops. Clothing looks beautiful on their website and you think because they charge a higher price it will deliver as expected. Nope! Cheap knock off version is delivered. Sure refunds are guaranteed but what you don’t realize is they want you to ship back to China tracked which will be higher than the cost of the item. They bank on this. They’ll offer you a measly 10% to avoid the hassle. You can push and they’ll go a bit higher but at some point they simply wear you down until you accept some partial refund. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this site.

I wish i could give no stars but this won't let me. I ordered a dress online because in the picture it looked nice. When it arrived, not only was it completely see-through (not what the pictures depicted), but also the back was supposed to be a V shape, and it's a full back. When i reached out multiple times , even though it says it's available 7 days a week for customer service, it took almost a week to get back to me. And the reply i received was that i had to return the item to Asia and it would be costly.. but they could offer me a 10% refund to keep it. Are you kidding me? Isn't that false or misleading advertising (which is illegal in Canada-as they show their website labeled evelyn-vancouver.com)? I think it's absolutely unacceptable.. Why would i accept 10% to keep this garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Dress is nothing like advertised. Terrible quality. Total scam. Do not purchase from them.

Be very careful. I would not suggest ordering from this Company. They will accept returns, however, what the don’t tell you when ordering is they are based in ASIA and have no any North American companies. They will offer you a 10% refund and you can keep the product. The product is not high quality. I could order at a fraction of the cost from TEMU or Shien and be treated much better. You need to push to get a reply. These companies have place in Canada!

Saw their ad on IG, of what seemed to be a nice dress plus they're located in vancouver, what could go wrong? Received today, to say disappointing is an understatement, it is garbage. Their website states retuns within 30 days if not satisfied but then, returns accepted only if there is a defect. The defect is, false advertisement, quality of dress is nothing more than trash

The Item that was shown and I ordered from their website and what I got were two different things. The item I got was a total piece of garbage and did not at all look like the picture they show. If you want to return the item you have to pay for it to be returned to Asia. Although their name includes Vancouver in it they do not have stores in Canada, everything comes from Asia. Their customer service has been of no help and refuse to credit the item that will be used as a rag to wash my car. Do not order from this company. Horrible.
