I advise you to keep away from this company. All pictures are faked!! They never take complain under consideration. Male comes as an rapist, not a stripper. If you don't want suffer with trauma keep away!!! Completely wasted money. If you take homeless you will have cleaner and more attractive man!!!

SCAM - CANCELLED, NO REFUND, FAKE REVIEWS
Cancelled 2 days before for a generic list of “reasons” as below:
“This is due major disruptions in the area due to the following
- COVID
- Illness
- Acts/entertainers no longer available
- Major Travel issues”
Promised a full refund but 2 weeks on still no reply or refund. The refund details in the cancellation email are dubious to say the least:
“ We will process this within 2-3 days once we receive your bank details.
Why refund via bank? Otherwise refunding via card take a lot longer to reach you.”
All screams scam. Not the first to experience this by the looks of it either.
2 stars on trustpilot yet on their website they link “reviews.io” where conveniently they’re 4.9/5 and there’s absolutely no way of leaving a review on there.
All a complete SCAM.

1000000% a scam booked and cancelled within 24hours, emails go unanswered regarding refund unable to call them don’t be had by them!!!
Let the stag party down, guys out of pocket, I would be surprised if they even have a female dwarf as I called other company’s in the area they didn’t have any to book out as they are unable to get in that area but this company can then cancelled 🤔🤔

In some rural areas, we experience higher cancellation rates due to the limited availability of entertainers, and unfortunately we are not always able to arrange a replacement.

Was a great experience as I previously said but every day getting 4 emails a day asking me to leave a trustpilot review and there is no way to unsubscribe I did warn the company if I receive anymore I would leave a bad review so here it is!

Don’t trust, felt like a scam, don’t give them 90 quid
Was sceptical reading the reviews as the poor ones read like they’re real and the good ones, they’re non sensical on repeat. Went for it anyways but turns out the 1 star and suggestion of being a scam appears to be true.
Cancelled the night before, still shown availability on the website and told to ignore that and not to book another so assuming others might book the same thing with zero availability in reality. Looks like racking up the 90 quid deposits from as many people as possible instead of showing true availability might pay well.
Got sent to a link where you can’t cancel, have the option of two other things very different to what was originally booked. Selected one so could immediately cancel on the site and did so within a few minutes. I’ve now been in dispute to get the deposit refunded which isn’t forthcoming as they’re trying to say it was a new booking - all 60 seconds of it after they cancelled what I’d requested. Credit card dispute it is then… All of it looks like it’s set up to offer items which aren’t available and then trick into keeping a deposit. Highly suspicious, customer support not interested in helping or using common sense, goes round in circles and wouldn’t recommend from current experience. Book at your own risk, multiple reviews same as this.

We’re sorry to read this and understand why a cancellation so close to the booking would be frustrating. We absolutely refute any suggestion that we are a scam.
When a booking cannot go ahead, we give customers a clear choice: either cancel the booking, or accept a replacement booking. If a replacement booking is chosen, the original booking terms carry over to that replacement. If the booking is cancelled instead, the deposit is refunded. It is very simple, and we’re sorry if this was not made clear enough at the time.
We handle around 90–150 bookings each weekend with around a 97% attendance rate. We are not perfect, and we admit we occasionally get things wrong. In some rural areas, we experience higher cancellation rates due to the limited availability of entertainers, and in the small number of cases where we cannot replace an entertainer, we know this is disappointing.
We would like to look into what happened here properly and clarify the booking history, including the replacement option selected and the cancellation that followed. Please contact us directly so we can review this fully.

We had a great time! The performer was on time and communicated as expected beforehand, even calling to plan the entrance scene. He was a great laugh and a really nice guy. The hen had a great time!

This is a scam company
This is a scam company operating under the website name of EVENGO. You can't talk to anyone or get a reply from anyone (watch the non-specific replies to the other negative reviews against this company). The cancellation of my booking (central London) was on the day and "due to sickness" (check out this common excuse on other reviews).
That was on the 17th April and now in May - and despite multiple, unanswered emails - I still haven't been refunded my £90 deposit so have raised a fraud case with my bank.

had a really disappointing experience with Evengo. They cancelled our entertainment booking just one day before the event, which left us scrambling to find a last-minute replacement. What made it even worse was the complete lack of communication — they were impossible to reach. They didn’t answer phone calls, and emails went unanswered as well.
This level of unreliability and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when you’re trusting a company with an important event. I would not recommend Evengo to anyone looking for dependable service.
