Order and delivery was good although…
Order and delivery was good although the 2 packages came separately it was just a day to wait. Stand was sturdy enough to hold 2 10ft high flower walls (with weights on the base).

Dear Mrs Campbell,
I am sorry that your goods have not yet arrived. Your order was dispatched on the very same day that it was placed and using our free postage option we normally advise 3-5 working days for delivery. So far 3 working days have elapsed so we would expect your order to arrive in the next day or so although please be aware that in some areas Royal Mail are experiencing delays due to the Christmas increase in volumes.
Very poor!
The Christmas tree I ordered was poor quality and the base would not sit right on my wooden floor. Wires everywhere for the lights. Very disappointing. Asked for a return but got to pay myself. Won't be using you again!

Dear Fay,
I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Christmas Tree. The base is designed to provide support and stability for the tree on level flooring and unfortunately is not adjustable. The lights do have connectors between each of the tree's segments but only one trailing wire to the power supply.
Of course, if you are unhappy with the tree we will accept a return for refund providing the tree is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Great Product, Poor Delivery
Hi, thanks for my order the colour is just right.
The only thing that let you down was the delivery. |The tracking did not come up on my phone so I did not know what time they were coming. The estimated time was 14:30-16:30. I had a morning appointment so this was ok. I left my porch window open so that the parcel could be put through.
I returned at 12:55 to find that the parcel had been left on the door step in full view of anyone passing. It was good that it was early but a bit of observation and common sense would have worked better. As I live on the main road this was not good enough. I would have given 5 stars but delivered let the service down. My previous delivery was with DPD and no problem. I was able to track them and received in good time. Another parcel was delivered while was out and put through the open window. Makes sense. I have a photo to confirm.

I ordered navy bow tie but they sent me the wrong colour,I received black bow tie.I don't want any hassle so I did not return it but I am so disappointed with them.That's why I only gave 3 stars.
