I fault myself for not doing my research like I normally do. This is a SCAM a big one! I too received a flat piece of cardboard. I ordered this Feb 7th only to receive a flat price of cardboard March 2nd. There has to be something we can do.

Ordered the wig on February 11, 2025. After notifying my bank on February 26,2025 to refund my money due to fraud. They sent an email saying my order was coming. I received an empty envelope on March 3, 2025...

Ordering this wig was a terrible experience. First, I ordered this wig on February 1st and did not receive a shipping label until February 19th! Then it said it delivered my package on February 24th but all I got was this little bag with NOTHING in it! I 100% feel scammed and the customer service refused to send me a refund. So I had to dispute it with my bank. I am never buying from here again. Scammers.

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 units and never received tracking. When I reached out after two weeks, I got an automated message to expect a delay. I asked for a refund and 1 day later I got a tracking number which said it had already been delivered in secured mailbox. I have not received any products from this company and paid
$500. I filed a claim with PayPal but was dismissed due to that tracking number that had nothing. I'm going to reach out to my bank to resolve. Moral of the story: Stay away from this company. IT IS A SCAM

I thought I got such a good deal, until I began a little research and found I was following the paths of many who got scammed. They took forever with shipping, blamed the Trump Admin for over scrutinizing products from China, then they gave me a USPS tracking number that never showed any progress or tracking history just all of a sudden it's delivered. I too received a piece of cardboard in an envelope saying "thank you for your purchase." And no product.

My experience mirrors what the others have written I also ordered a wig in January 2025 I waited and waited February 10th I sent an email and requested the shipping status I was advised by email that due to the Chinese New Year my order had been delayed But they would ship a complimentary wig with my order well I started to feel like well that’s nice and I really wanted to try their hair now we get to February 19th and I reach out again the next day I received a hopping notification that a package had been delivered I was at work at the time but got excited I looked for the package that day and the next and what I received was a postcard package size envelope with a Thank You Card From Temu with EverGlow tracking number on it This Company is a Flat Out Scam I set my order up with Klarna and suggest that anyone making an online order with these wig companies Read The Reviews Go through a Third Party vendor for purchase or your Credit Card even though the Credit Card Company takes 21 days to refund it’s worth not being scammed I’m very disappointed in EverGlow Wigs but bottom line this company is a Scam

This is a complete scam. I ordered the fake scalp wig on 2/8/25. I emailed customer service on 2/15/25 requesting a tracking number, their response was there is a delay in customs. Still did not get a tracking number. On 2/22/25 I requested for my order to be canceled and money refunded. Magically that day I received a tracking number. On 2/27/25 The package that is coming from TX still didn't ship. I sent another email asking for my money back. I received a response back stating that my package was delivered. When I open the tiny package that was in my mailbox. It was an empty package with a thank you note. That's it! No wig! They mailed me a thank you note! Scam.

This company stole my money, kept coming up with excuses to not send the product, and had a piece of cardboard mailed to my home. My bank and the authorities didn't see the humor.

They deserve absolutely NO stars.
I ordered from this vendor early January… it took them 4 WEEKS to even give me a tracking number, i understand it was holiday and shipping was slow but that’s just wayyy too long. It took another 4-5 weeks for it to even be ‘out for delivery ‘. The day i received my package I noticed it to be odd because it was in an envelope and not a box how it usually should be. I open the package and it’s not my hair but a skully hat. I called the shipper immediately and they told me that I was scammed. It had the same tracking number as my hair. I contacted everglow and they told me multiple times after literally crying about my money back they send me a phony email with a refund invoice attached and said that they would ‘additionally’ send me another unit. That was weeks ago and still I never received my refund nor the unit I didn’t even asked to be resent. Please.. do NOT buy from these guys, they’re all over TikTok and Instagram and they delete negative posts.

I was scammed like many others, luckily I paid with PayPal so I got a refund after they shipped two empty envelopes to me.

I have been speaking on social media with many other people that also got scammed. Unfortunately those that pay via card struggle to get a refund.

They have many fake accounts making fake positive reviews. They have invested a lot of time and effort making this scam look legitimate.

Dang! I should have read this review before placing an order with Everglow. The same thing happened with me, ordered and got a piece of cardboard in place of my wigs. Yeah, this company need to be shut down.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My order was ”delayed” due to the current administrations restrictions on China I was told by the company via email. I emailed them several times and they reassured me they were investigating it. A stall tactic. 2 wks pass, no order delivered or so I thought. I received a flat envelope with a piece of cardboard in it in the mail and I was bewildered. I decided to check and The tracking number for my wig order matched the small flat envelope’s number! This is a scam. Do not order.

If I could rate this company zero, I would. Like many other reviewers here, it has been a constant back and forth of vague responses with a promise of resolution that never comes. I ordered from this company and 3 weeks later they sent tracking info. They claimed Chinese new year for shipping delay. So the incorrect shipping address was on the shipment. I entered correct shipment address and it is verified on my original order info. Long story short, I never got the product but it shows delivered to incorrect address. Since the mistake was on their side, you would think they would expedite another order. They just offered up excuses of an investigation etc .., weeks later. No results. No product. They will be reported to my credit card company and hopefully financial institutions will bar payments to this company for they are scamming people out of money

i ordered a wig 3 weeks ago and now its silence radio. reading the reviews it seems ill never get my wig and i just lostt over a 100$. i dont know why i did not read the review . this website needs to be closed and instagram need to block thier adds

The quality of this wig is good - true to length, full density, and real human hair. It took about a week longer to arrive maybe for holidays.

The hair is silky smooth, and the lace is undetectable. Very easy to work with, and the quality is excellent.

Cardboard scam
they kept lying telling me they couldn't provide a tracking number.
it took a long time to arrive and when it came the package had only a piece of cardboard in it.

This company is a SCAM. They are shipping cardboard via USPS. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!! I ordered a wig from them in January 27, 2025. USPS says that my order was delivered. I reached out to say I didn't receive my order. They responded via email stating that they will "happily" reship. Today, 2/20/25 I received a mailer in my mailbox from them of a piece of cardboard!! I then realized that I indeed received a weird piece of cardboard earlier from them. Hence, why I never received my order!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT order from Ever Glow Shop!!!!
