I ordered a wig from this company and paid $100.00(something I never do). But they made it out to be the best of the best. It all seemed legit until I realized that they did not answer any emails about the address update. When package did finally arrive at the wrong address I was able get it. And to my great disappoint the package was not correct. It was nothing but a piece of cardboard inside. I emailed the company for a refund and of course I got no reply. I will reporting them to the BBB asap.

The wig is gorgeous - soft, full, and looks so natural! Shipping took longer than expected, but it's worth the wait.

It’s a scam. They Took my money and promised over and over via email that the order would be shipped out. I asked for a refund they said they would give me a free gift. I asked for refund Againand that I did not want the gift Or the wig and they did not reply. Stay away from this fake Company apparently they also steal images of real models with real hair, And advertise them as wigs that are available.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lied and said that there was a delay due to the Chinese new year, and said theyd send a free gift for my patience. I waited two more weeks (after waiting 2 weeks), and received a small package. The tracking said the whole package was DELIVERED. but when I opened it, I couldve passed out and shat right there. There was a pair of black socks!!!! No note or receipt or anything. But I knew it was from them because the tracking numbers MATCHED! I then asked if there were two packages... They kept sending the same email that said - and I quote - "Thank you for reaching out to us. I appreciate your patience as I look into your concern regarding the incorrect shipment you received. This situation typically arises due to sorting errors with USPS, and we are in communication with them to obtain a prompt resolution.

Please rest assured that if your wig did not arrive for any reason—whether it was lost in transit or there was an error on our part—we are committed to making things right. This may include issuing a replacement or providing a refund, depending on your preference.

Thank you for your understanding. I will get back to you as soon as possible with further information."

They also promised a refund along WITH the wig, but I haven't seen either one YET! Im too done with them! Yall Be WARE! ITS A SCAM! And Im not the only one. They also delete anyones comments that shed light on what theyre doing.

I noticed the company social media page on Instagram. They were advertising humen hair extensions. I purchased a 7x5 zero knots water wave 24in wig. 1st so call package didnt arrive, so I reach out to see what was the problem? They said they don't know let them resend me another one, the second so-called package that they thought they "Rigged" for it to have to be sent back to sender, because they left a number out of my address (ex.) 254 but my house number is 2540 but I went to my local post office to pick it up before they sent it back. When I seen the package I knew it was not the wig, it was too small of package to be it. When I opened it, it was only a piece of cardboard and a thanks for shopping letter. They was just going to keep giving me the run around, by saying USPS sented it back to us. I reached back out they tried to blame USPS. Which I know was a lie. ⬇️⬇️⬇️Look at their reply to this review ' It's your address was wrong" scam I retrieve what you sent cause I was still able to retrieve that wrong address package. It was nothing in the package but a piece of cardboard. 100% SCAM

I placed an order with EverGlow Shop on January 1st and was repeatedly told it had been fulfilled and shipped. After nearly a month with no delivery, and an unregistered tracking number, it became clear this was false.

Despite multiple attempts to get an explanation, the company ultimately ignored my inquiries, never admitted to having lied about the shipment, and didn’t offer an apology for doing so.

A complete waste of time—I could have ordered elsewhere and received my product weeks ago. Do not trust this company. Avoid at all costs.
