It was my first time buying a preloved bag so I was a little nervous, but Evey was very patient and explained everything very clearly. We had a video call so I could see the bag IRL as I couldn’t make it down to view it in person (although that was offered). Once I had made the decision to buy, the bag arrived perfectly packaged and in amazing condition! A stunning piece and I’m really pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend Evey’s Preloved.

All the anticipation has the best reward. That's how I'd sum up my experience. Great communication and honesty. I live in a part of the country lacking in "posh shops" so buy on line a lot, there's always some anticipation when buying from a new seller but the photos were clear and showed every part of the bag. Evey explained the purchasing process and it all went really smoothly. I would use this site again.

Evey is so knowledgable, and well respected in the industry when it comes to selling, and purchasing beautiful high price pointed luxury designer goods. I wanted to sell a bag through Evey for such a long time, but was still pulled towards keeping it - there was never any pressure, which I really valued. I then bit the bullet, and am so grateful to Evey - trust the process, it takes time, the right buyer has to come along. Her commission is worth it for this very reason.

I bought a Chanel bag that needed a little TLC. Evey insisted that I have a video of the bag before purchasing for complete transparency. I asked for a recommendation to restore the bag and was directed to Leather Surgeons in Boston. I also requested a courier recommendation and was directed to Freight Brokers. All three parties were excellent; buying the bag could not have been easier, the couriers guided me and the restoration was excellent. I now have a beautiful Chanel bag that I can’t wait to wear!
