The online presentation was fantastic. It sold with a payday discount and the monies were transferred to me with communication clear and prompt throughout. Evey is absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had 7 years of a collection of designer handbags form anything from Prada to YSL to Mulberry and jewellery from Tiffany & Co that I needed to rapidly sell because of court case fees! I contacted Evey last week, with a number of bags that I wished to sell. We had a lovely unhurried and warm FaceTime to discuss my bags. Evey was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and straight away I felt comfortable and confident with her. It was an absolute pleasure to meet her later that day when she collected my bags from my home! Within 24hours my bags were featured online and the first had sold within 72 hours. Evey contacted me on Sunday to close the sale for me and to confirm I was happy . I have received the funds less than 24hrs later.
I have used other consignment companies previously- however I decided to use Evey after seeing her on TV and online. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service I have received from her. This was my first time buying a pre-loved designer bag, and I was naturally a little nervous—especially when you’re spending a significant amount on something that can’t be returned. But Evey from Evey’s Preloved made the entire experience absolutely flawless.
