Friendly and thorough job

Went to Rouse hill. It took longer talking , asking questions, chatting and that is with person talking like it seem to be it’s recorded and scripted. The actual laser treatment was only for 5 min.

I am writing to share my recent experience with the Rouse Hill branch of Evolution Laser Clinic, which was unfortunately quite disappointing.

I arrived for my appointment and was 8 minutes late, which led to the cancellation of my session. While I understand the importance of punctuality and respect the clinic’s scheduling policies, I found this particularly frustrating given my previous experiences at the same location. On a prior visit, I waited over 15 minutes past my scheduled time due to the clinic running behind, yet I was expected to wait patiently without complaint.

What added to my disappointment was the unprofessional and rude attitude displayed by the staff. Instead of handling the situation with understanding or flexibility, they were argumentative and dismissive. As a result of this poor customer service, I decided to cancel not only my appointment but also those of my family.

I hope the clinic reviews its policies and staff training to ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and respect. Consistency in service standards is essential, and I trust that my feedback will be taken seriously to improve future experiences for other clients.

The ones in Wetherill Park are so rude, so unprofessional, and so unwelcoming. I don’t recommend at all. I regret even coming here, my main Clinic has been Liverpool for years.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this clinic. I purchased three laser hair removal sessions but was told I needed a doctor's certificate clearing me for treatment due to some allergy-related marks on my legs. The clinic staff explicitly assured me that if I couldn't obtain the certificate, I would receive a full refund.

I paid to see a doctor, who was unable to definitively approve or deny the treatment and wouldn't provide a certificate. When I contacted the clinic for my promised refund, the manager suddenly claimed they couldn't issue one due to 'head office policies.' Even worse, they then told me I would need to pay for another doctor's visit specifically to get a letter stating the treatment wasn't advised - a requirement that was never mentioned initially.

Adding to my frustration, I visited Laser Clinics Australia for a second opinion, and they were perfectly willing to proceed with treatment. They simply offered a test patch service to check for reactions, which was successful. This demonstrates that the original clinic's demands were unnecessary.

I am requesting a full refund so I can pursue treatment elsewhere without incurring additional medical expenses or dealing with inconsistent information. The current situation has already cost me unnecessary doctor's fees and valuable time.

Got lip filler done and it was the best experience, the nurse was so lovely and kept the vibes good the whole time.

I have already had several mistreatments by the staff of Hurstville,They are unprofessional, they have a bad attitude. They give me the appointment and when attending me they do not attend me, I pay in advance my treatments, it is not fair that they always get an excuse, my time is valuable if I go to the appointment in time they should attend me but they do not, they should check what type of staff they have

I have always been loyal to the clinic I go to in North Sydney, but since I had to work near this area, I wanted to try this clinic. The truth is that the girl at the reception was not that friendly. But the girl who did the laser treatment was friendly and made me feel more comfortable. And the result in terms of hair did not work for me. I still have hair on my legs. So I’m little disappointed. But thanks anyway.

I started going to Evolution after regularly visiting an alternative clinic and constantly leaving feeling underwhelmed by their Customer Service skills. I’m so glad I did! From the first visit I felt so much more comfortable. The girls always go above and beyond every time and I consistently receive an amazing service! They will always try to squeeze me in and are so happy to answer any of my questions.
