Prices have doubled
Went in for the usual 4 Heisenberg Nic salt 10ml for £10 only to discover they are now £20 for 4. This time they came in individual boxes so foolishly though they were 20ml rather than 10ml. Upon opening I realised they were 10ml. I though maybe Vampire Vapes had increased their prices. But after looking directly on Vampire Vapes website they haven't...
Doubling prices in times like these, while they're £12 for 4 with next day delivery direct from Vampire Vapes is business killing and greed especially as third party sellers get them at trade. At £20 for 4 it's cheaper to smoke tobacco.
The crazy thing is, other shops in the nearby area which is closer to me still sell them at £10 for 4. RIP Evolution such a shame.

We take customer feedback seriously, however the pricing you’ve described does not match the promotions currently running in our stores. Our vape promotions are managed through our EPOS system and are automatically applied at the till, which makes pricing discrepancies highly unusual.
If you genuinely believe you were charged incorrectly, we’d encourage you to contact us directly with the date, approximate time, and store location you visited. We can then review the transaction records and CCTV footage to investigate exactly what happened.
We’re also surprised that this concern wasn’t raised with a member of staff at the time, as any pricing query could have been checked and resolved immediately before purchase.
We’d welcome the opportunity to investigate this further and put things right if an error has occurred. Please contact us directly with the relevant details.

Consequently, your parcel was packed and collected by the courier the following day. Our records indicate that the item was delivered the day after it was dispatched, consistent with the next-day delivery service purchased.

Ordered on Friday morning and paid for rapid next day delivery, they were delivered on the Saturday but unfortunately I wasn't at home to receive my parcel but they were redelivered on Monday.
