Great communication, fast delivery

Would love to give them 5 stars, as they're all very friendly and helpful, with excellent service and delivery. However, the fly in the ointment is that their website displays erroneous data with regard to the quantity and colours available in the EGO II batteries. This is the third time in just over a year that I've ordered batteries from them, and the same thing happens every time. This results in them having to phone me and adjust my order - which I'm sure is taking-up unnecessary amounts of both their and my time. I speak to them every time this happens, and they've still not sorted it.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a voopoo drag x pro in saint helens I asked does this leak liquid there reply was depending on how thick the liquid is this is not true I have researched this with other vape shops there reply was they all leak as the more you vape the hotter the coil the liquid gets thinner and in the summer with hot weather is the same. I have taken this product back to evolution vape in Widnes about the display panel being constantly lit up they tried to fob me off about it being a battery problem they said after 30 days I have to contact voopoo themselves this should not be the case as that is the job of the retailer not me now the device actually power's up on its own and it gets really hot liquid becomes so thin it leaks everywhere this being dangerous. It is a question of I have had your money now sod off please for your own safety avoid avoid Evolution vape clearly just for safety reasons.
