I am very sorry to hear that you feel like you have had a bad experience ordering from our website.
Firstly I would just like to explain that you placed your order on 05/05/2023 at 7:55pm. Unfortunately our next day delivery cut of time is 4pm and our shops close at 7pm. With this being a Friday that your order was placed on, orders don't get delivered over the weekend and Monday fell on a bank holiday, so all orders was sent out on Tuesday 09/05/2023 at 4pm ready to be delivered on Wednesday 10/05/2023.
I checked your order again to see if you was sent the correct amount of pods that you ordered and I can confirm that only one pod was ordered.
We are sorry your experience did not match your expectations. We aim to deliver the best service and feedback is important to us.
