Great sturdy furniture, fast delivery

wasn't too impressed by the quality of the items we purchased - quite comfortable but narrow in design and with unfininished rattan effect strands.

Initially company didn't want to know - saying I would have to ship back ant my own expense - however after working with them they did finally agree to refund - would thank them for that.

The furniture we brought was for a show house garden we were landscaping. It was less than we had costed for and was easy to assemble and looked great.

Good product

The furniture looks lovely but have only just put together so can't comment on how it will look and perform over time. I really love the colour which is described as Cedar Brown on the website but, amusingly, on the packaging box is described as 'Mould New Brown', not quite as appealing! It was quite fiddly to put together and the screws easily round-off which is annoying and meant I had to bin a few and then find alternatives. The branding badge looks cute but isn't great quality so probably won't last which is a shame. Delivery took over a month which was a bit irritating but not the end of the world. So far, overall, I'm very happy as I paid a very good price for it and I think it looks a lot more expensive than other sets I was considering.

Delivered on time. Easy to order.

Ordered a modular sofa set as it was next day delivery and we needed something quickly for the weekend. The delivery was as expected except that we received a gas bbq! I contacted customer services to arrange collection of the bbq and to deliver the ordered (and payed for in full) sofa set. I was told that they would not deliver the sofa until collection and inspection of the bbq had been arranged. I reluctantly agreed however the delivery company failed to turn up as arranged meaning that our next day delivery took 5 days in total. To add insult to injury, 2 chair backs were the wrong size so we still have no functioning furniture a week on while we wait for replacement parts. The whole thing has been a disaster from start to finish. Save yourself the effort and spend a little more elsewhere.

To note, the individuals I spoke with to address the issues were polite and as helpful as they could be, but the over arching company policies are a joke as is the standard of items.

Ordered Monroe outdoor dining set on Thursday evening, arrived Saturday morning. No issues at all, all parts present and undamaged. Quite easy to put together. Looks fabulous in our conservatory. Great value for money!

I did my research and read many reviews of different companies and their products. I chose this set based on looks and cost. It arrived pretty quickly and was easy to put together. It was easier with 2 sets of hands as the reviews had suggested. The only thing I would say was annoying was that the instruction booklet was exceptionally thin. I understand that pictograms are used to avoid printing in several languages. That's not the problem per se. It's that there were very few diagrams used so there were a ton of instructions on each one, making it difficult to understand. Once built though, it's sturdy and looks very attractive. I'm very happy with this set and would recommend.
