Evry have not delivered my product and are impossible to contact. When tracking, the product is ‘on its way’, not ‘out for delivery’. There have been other Evry deliveries in this area.

Lost my parcel to Bonmarche

Lost my parcel to Bonmarche, I've not received a refund as expected and no response from either Bonmarche or Evry. I won't be ordering from Bonmarche again as a result.

Absurdly incompetent

If I could give 0 or minus something I would. I use a couple of shops that use Evry and will now close my accounts with them. Last straw was yesterday when, after chasing a parcel I really needed for a trip for almost a week, I was told it was sent back to sender! I’d pay for “next day delivery”, what a joke! Parcel was “on the way” for 3-4 days until it wasn’t. Upon enquiry I was told I refused the package. Was supposed to have been delivered to a parcel shop. The sheer amount of mistakes in this one transaction..

Do not use this company

Once again the delivery did not arrive. It is always that they do not arrive on the day they say or that they misplaced it (in another house).
I am working as a concierge in a residence and we do work with all the delivery companies. In general we do not have problems with the other. With this one quite the oposite: in general we have problems.

Worst delivery company in the world…

Worst delivery company in the world every time I ordered and the seller sent my item with every it either got late or got lost, please make sure to let the seller know to not sent your parcels either this company as it will either be late or lost, one star is actually more than they deserve

I was expecting 2 orders to be delivered on Saturday 6/9/25 however who ever delivered my orders from evri with a total of value of £87.00 the first i knew the items been left was when a member of the public saw them outside of my building by a bus stop with parcels for other residents in my building the lady called my flat and informed me the parcels were outside by a bus stop I let her in the building and she put all the parcels inside my building I am in my seventies disabled and housebound I had to phone my daughter who works in a hospital and told what had happened when she finished work at 8pm she came Rouen and brought them up to my flat I have been trying to contact evri since a8am and it is impossible to speak to anyone more than likely because they they know of the problem and just refuse to deal with it my advice is if you are placing a order to be delivered make sure this will not be evri delivering it as there is a strong possibility the same thing may happen to you and if I could I would have given them a star rating of minus 10 but you must leave minimum of 1 star

Evri time to change your name again Hermes didn’t work for you Evri is not working that’s for sure. Sell up! You’re not fit for service!

Evri am still waiting for my parcel due yesterday? You sent an email sometime after 21:20,, you said you would deliver today? Today I’ve received nothing from your tracking information this is typical service nowadays. You have got to be the absolute worst courier service I’ve come across and it’s been a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. Even your automated system is wrong. This is constant disappointment and lately it seems they don’t know what is going on with their website services the. Automated system so many issues it’s ridiculous and a complete joke. Even looking at your activity on trust pilot, you don’t bother to read the reviews, the reviews have gotten worse over the last 12 months and you have replied to none! This is trust pilot information I’m stating so Give up!!Evri formerly Hermes you can’t keep charging your name to hide your failures! Sell up retire do something us customers deserve better and what you have to offer! Message for Evri CEO

At what point are you going to respond to the extraordinary level of complaints on the quality of your delivery service? Regrettably 'guided' to send two parcels through eBay's 'preferred' carrier and BOTH lost - to two separate addresses. I am amazed that a NYSE listed Company would want to remain associated with such an unreliable partner. Without exception now, every one of my buyers effectively instructs me NOT to use Evri. Normally I take reviews with a pinch of salt but sir, the toxicity of your delivery performance and customer reviews serves as a massive AVOID.

Very poor and delayed delivery

Since I been shooping online, i never had problem with delivery. Sometimes it is delayed a bit but not lately when sellers are using EVRY. There was few incident that it says on the tracking that my parcel were delivery, in fact it was'nt??? If i can avoid this courier for my orders online, I Will!!! Wont recommend to any seller at all!

Well here we go again

Well here we go again, I placed an order on the 26 th of August tracking stated dispatched 27th August, 13- 03 Evri tracking stated we have your package, its now 4th of September still not delivered, ..customer service has tried to find out where my order is but to no avail, this company is getting Worse, 9 days they've had my package, what the heck are they playing at,????

Lost my first parcel of expensive shoes. The company I bought from have replaced them but these seem to be lost as well. Funny how it is the expensive things that go missing not the more cheap ones.

Avoid using Evri at all costs

Avoid using Evri at all costs. In future I’m happy to pay extra to a competitor to ensure my parcel gets delivered.
I was expecting 3 parcels to be delivered last week. 1 of 3 have completely gone missing and does not even show any further updates or comms. Interestingly enough they were a designer pair of trainers so I wouldn’t be surprised if they have been stolen. So now a week later after my intended delivery slot I have to wait a further 48hours for them to investigate. My other 2 parcels I receive an update every day saying that my parcel will be delivered in the evening. However every evening I receive another update saying they were unable to deliver and will re-attempt the following. I can’t even make this up but I’m still waiting on them after almost 9 days hahaha. Evri is an absolute joke I encourage everyone to avoid them it’s worth paying that extra bit to use a professional and reliable delivery service. They literally do as they please and there is no priority system for deliveries they want to re-attempt.

It is very rare that Evri deliver our…

It is very rare that Evri deliver our parcels to our individual apartments in our retirement block. Instead, the dump our valuable orders outside the main building for any passer-by to find, or stuffed inside a tiny box meant for newspapers. There is even a notice on the box saying it is unsafe to leave parcels there. They make no attempt to ring our apartments from the electronic board by the outside doors. If they did, we can open the door remotely for them to enter. They never turn up for booked collections either. I have booked 3 collections in the last 4 days for the same parcel and still no-one has shown up. Many of us here are disabled, have multiple health conditions and some only have a short time to live. Get your act together Evri. And teach your drivers to read.

Crooked driver! Crap company.

Yet again another delivery not happened. The current driver is either stealing my parcels or so unless they fail to see they can be tracked. This is the fourth parcel that has failed to be delivered since early August. I have received proof of delivery photos of hedges absolutely now proof of delivery. Photos taken inside the van. Getting a response from Evri is impossible. I have tried phoning, leaving messages, live chat. Nothing. What a sh#t company. Suppliers and customers please don't use.
