For an operations management paper, I provided my topic and instructions from the course portal. the document followed the required sections and discussed the main ideas clearly.

I gave comprehensive guidelines and examples used in my course. The final paper captured most of those ppoinrs respectively and the formatting was as per the university requirements which minimized the level of correction I had to do later on.

The required all information before they commenced on my final assignment and made a follow up once something was not clear. Due to this fact, the final file was as I have expected.

The essay had improved grammar and sentence structure. Some ideas were condensed too much, so I expanded them afterward.

I also enjoyed the fact that the feedback was practical. It aimed at making my writing more readable and well organized without altering the meaning or tone of the writing.

I also enjoyed the fact that they emphasized on structure and not necessarily correcting minor errors. The discussions allowed me to organize my thoughts and make the argument more coherent.

Let me start by warning you to STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM EWRITING PAL. Learn from my mistake! It cost me big, using ewriting pal is one of my biggest regrets in life. Thanks to them I FAILED AND HAVE TO REPEAT A SEMESTER.

I believe majority of their reviews are fake or paid for.

4th of October 2018:
I placed on order with Ewriting pal on 4th of October 2018 to be delivered 14th of October 2018. The order was delivered on 13th of October 2018, HOWEVER, the whole assignment was done completely wrong. I was provided with SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT from I had requested. Imagine ordering A and receiving Z….

15th of October 2018:
On the 15th of October I emailed an explanation of all that was wrong with the assignment and even provided a template/examples of what the assignment is meant to look like to assist ewritingpal’s writer who clearly had no idea how to do my assignment. It’s ironic because ewriting pal had promised me an expert in my assignment subject area…. So I expected this ‘so called expert’ to have at least some idea of what my assignment was meant to be, but the quality & content of what I received showed that ‘expert’ who did my assignment was completely lost.

16th of October 2018:
The next day ewriting pal replied saying “the template was not provided the template was not provide to us in the initial guidelines therefore we cannot revise the paper for you.” Even though the template was just provided to help guide/assist their writer. They then chose to IGNORE EVERYTHING ELSE THAT WAS WRONG WITH ASSIGNMENT which I specifically mentioned in my previous email. Particularly the most important thing which was that the WHOLE FORMAT of the assignment was wrong, basically it was like the assignment for done for a different subject.

I replied that same day informing them of the above as well as called them to explain so there was no chance of a misunderstanding. They finally understood… and agreed to get their writer to redo my assignment and fix the whole assignment. Anyway, I also specifically told ewritingpal my assignment was due on the 19th of October 2018 both via email and over the phone and that I require the assignment back by Thursday the 18th of October 2018 so if their writer makes any more mistakes, I would have enough time to fix those mistakes plus the referencing which the writer couldn't do. Ewriting pal promised to deliver the assignment by Thursday the 18th of October 2018.

19th of October 2018:
On the 19th the date AFTER I was meant to receive the completed revised copy from ewritingpal, they had the audacity to email me and tell to provide specific revision comments for the writer… EVEN THOUGH MY LAST EMAIL WAS FILLED WITH EXACT REVISION COMMENTS FOR THEIR WRITER! I emailed them back as well as CALLED AGAIN, the customer service agent I spoke to said the writer could not finish the revision in 2hrs which was when my assignment was due, hence I was extremely furious particularly as I had explained previously that my assignment was worth 50% of my grade and failing it meant failing a subject and repeating a semester… I told ewritingpal I want my full refund as well the revision, they refused and said I can only get one, so I chose a refund since I had already failed at this stage.

However, that same day the customer service agent called me back about 2 hours later and asked if I would be fine with a revision completed in 24hrs and a partial refund. I agreed hoping I could get an extension without penalty from my lecturer which I was denied. However, I was still allowed to submit the assignment but 15% (30 marks) would be deducted from the 50% grade (100 overall marks) for each day/24hrs I was late in submitting the assignment. I informed ewrtingpal of this and they ASSURED ME (both over email and over the phone) IT WILL COMPLETED IN 24HRS AND I WILL GET A PARTIAL REFUND.

20th of October 2018:
OVER 24hrs later, no assignment and no refund. I emailed ewriting pal and asked what was happening and was told the assignment won't be ready for another 2 days and 3hrs… And that was the final draw for me. Thanks to ewriting pal I was already 2 days late in submitting my assignment and had lost 60marks of the 100 overall marks… so had already failed the assignment either way. When I called them up the same day to discuss this, no one at ewriting pal could figure out what happened to my assignment… they were completely useless…

About 5hrs after that phone call they sent me the revision, WHICH WAS SO OBVIOUSLY DONE IN HURRY AND STILL NOT ACCORDING TO MY INSTRUCTIONS. BUT NEITHER OF THAT EVEN MATTERED AS IT WAS ALREADY WAY TOO LATE AND THANKS TO THEM I HAD FAILED MY ASSIGNMENT AND WILL HAVE TO REPEAT THE SUBJECT…. Like even if was able to submit the assignment on time I would have still failed because their writer literally moved things around the document/page and the revised copy wasn't really revised. The assignment was still COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to what I had requested.

21st of October 2018:
I called ewritingpal again on the 21st requesting my full refund and was told to email.

24th of October 2018:
I emailed ewritingpal requesting a full refund and they outright refused to refund my money.

TRUST ME YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING ANY OTHER WRITING SERVICE ON EARTH or even doing the assignment yourself. Ewritingpal is the worst service I have ever used in my life…

One of the worst service experiences of my life…

I had to ask for four revisions, it’s like the writer/writers just completely ignored my requests/specifications every single time. There were so many errors, after the fourth or fifth time I finally just gave up and decided to fix everything myself.

Oh my gosh and the online chat team was so unhelpful and all over the place! The first person I spoke to, told me to send an email with all my revision requests, most of which I already wrote down when I first placed my order which the writer decided to ignore. Got the second and guess what? Almost nothing was corrected seriously… And they had 3 hours to do it…

I contacted the online chat support again and apparently, I did not send an email with request changes, a few minutes later he found the email and said the writer followed almost all my instructions… ‘Almost’ is not ‘All’ ewritingpal. Learn the difference. Besides, it was the opposite, nothing much had changed. The same thing happened with 2 other online team chat members, it was a cycle literally. Its like they don’t keep track of anything.

I prob wasted over 3 hours with the online team trying to get them to understand, I had never been so frustrated. For example, I told them I couldn’t locate the quote used in my essay, and I had checked all the reference links used in the essay. As part of my University referencing rules, any quote used must be referenced properly with a page number. Hence, I requested a screenshot or some sort of evidence to show me where the quote was retrieved from. The online team member I spoke to said the writer said all references were accurate and nothing was made up and she just kept repeating that. I’m like show me the evidence then and stop wasting my time. It took the online team member and writer over 30 mins to figure out it wasn’t a quote and apparently the writer mistakenly put quotation marks… How do you mistakenly put quotation marks?

Anyway, so I was right and the writer made it up, luckily if I spotted it before submitting, THERE WERE SO MANY OTHER MISTAKES, SO MANY, I could go on and on…

Just remember over 4 revisions and many things were still left unfixed, literally paid money for nothing. I rewrote most of the essay myself, it just wasn’t worth it AT ALL. SAVE YOUR MONEY, use another essay writing service or do it yourself.
