Update#1. Ive sent multiple emails already and even talked to customer support about this . Check the email or ask the team who’s guy that got IGNORED multiple times and just so you know there’s something called cached page on google and something called waybackmachine . Since you said the reward shop just happened to be doing MAINTENANCE for over 2 months , I dont know how you guys can look into the issues by asking me about the order number. Oh yea well probably playing the game just by looking and not doing anything at all right? I was gonna place the 900$ dollar if everything goes right but too bad they only answers because of trustpilot and I’ll never come back again.
PS: I uploaded my ID on trustpilot just to make sure everyone knows the true side of this company.

Final Update: I am not gonna update again because after 2 months , the temporary maintenance thing is just too long . After all , they still want me give them work with this kind of behaviour. 1. After the first reply , you guys completely dodged my question of which type of currency can I choose for the gift card , with only answering about if I place the order i will get 60$ credit . 2.Its states very clearly on the reward shop (if they change it because of this then please go check google cached page /wayback machine) the point I had was enough for a 100$ gift card . 3.I told them the exact same thing like my review here , they just de-value the points and didn’t use the kindergarten level reason - temporary maintenance. So after they read the email and knowing that I am not gonna use my points for next order , they completely ignored the servals emails and customer service just always told me they”ll get back to me - which they never did until I wrote this review on trustpilot today and they suddenly became very responsive lol.

Never use again. I was a long time customer starting from at least 2015, I didn't know that there was a loyality point system until recently. Funny thing is that the items in the reward shop were all fake , u will never get any of those because not only fake advertisment, but they also de-value your points and directly ignored your upcoming emails when you don't use the point towards your next order. Was ready to place couple orders around 900$ and this behavior instantly makes me never want to come back. [I’ve proves of everything i said in this review and I”ll provide the screenshots , emails , bank statements if they trying to take this review down and saying its not the truth]

I paid for a doctorate level literature review in APA format and received a bunch of gibberish. There were so many grammatical errors I basically had to rewrite the paper. The literature review did not involve relevant publications (such as books and journal articles), that critically analyzed, or explain. It did not show signs of synthesis or understanding of the topic. Just garbage with a lot of words and no citations to back up what the writer wrote. It wasnt in APA format as requested. There were no page numbers for citations. When I asked for a revision the writer put the same page numbers on all the quotations and it wasn't the correct page. Most of the citations were not on the reference page. They won't stand by their product. They offered unlimited revisions but time becomes an issue. They want at least 24 hours for each revision. I'm also not sure that English is a first language for their writers. So poorly written. It would not have even passed for a High School paper. Don't use! Horrible experience. Never again.

So, they sent me an email to give them one more chance to satisfy me. They also stated that a new writer will provide a new paper from top to bottom. They requested that I remove my review and share my revision comments on the revised paper. Keep in mind I have been trying to get this literature review done since October 2020.

My revision comments are as follows: PapersLead did not provide me with a new paper from top to bottom instead I was provided the same garbage. They offer 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction. Which I requested in April. Next, after trying to get a quality literature review they offered 50% of my money. However, they did not provide 100% customer satisfaction. I should not be penalized because they do not have quality writers. On there website it states that they stand behind the services they offer and guarantee the paper will be of the highest professional standards. They lie. Please do not use them. They are horrible!!!! Smdh

Most of the time I submit assignments that have a very short
deadline but honestly they never fail to hand over my assignment to me before time. I am very contented and satisfied
with their service.

When I placed my order I didn’t have enough money in my account to make the complete payment. But support guy told me that I should not worry and that I only had to pay 45% I advance. Felt great.

I was confused as to how should I place the order on their site. I contacted customer supported and they made me place an order by following 4 simple steps. I believe when I get it back it will fulfill my expectations.

I would take this platform to appreciate their quick services. These guys have been very supportive throughout the writing process. They kept me updated on the status of my order until I finally got it back.

I had to deal with the insane amount of school documents just before final exams and it was almost impossible to do each one of them on time but then, it became possible when I placed a couple of orders with this company and they delivered them on time. Quality was, well, good enough for me to decide that I’ll come back again

Absolutely waste of time and money... it was like we are not speaking the same language, they seem to understand the requirements for my assignment not even in the last minute and of course there was 3 whole paragraphs being copied word by word from someone else work.
35 marks out of 100, and of course no refund.

First of all, those people who post good reviews on this website are fake accounts!! If you click on their profiles, they are absolutely fake! The company writes its own reviews to trick other customers.

If you leave a bad review, the company comments on your post saying that they really care, but in reality, THEY NEVER CONTACT YOU!!!! They are just trying to make themselves look better on this website.

I have a friend who used Paperslead, she did not receive her paper on time and wanted her money back. Paperslead originally promised her to return 10% of what she paid. Later, the company threatened her to take off her bad review, if she does not take it off, they will not return her money. In the end, the bad review was taken off, and they completely ignored her!!! No money was returned at ALL!!!!

The sales representatives are super sketchy, the names and profiles look fake, every thing is fake!! If you ask them about the bad reviews, they will tell you that COMPETITORS ARE TRYING TO MAKE THEM LOOK BAD, which is ABSOLUTE BULL$#*!!!!

I paid this company to write me a research paper, the English and grammer was HORRIBLE!!! I could even write better than that! Because I did not have enough time, I fixed some grammar in the report, and submitted it, and received A GRADE OF 30%!!!

I hope my message can get to some of you, if you are running late for report, try other companies or just try to write it yourself. Because you could get screwed up by this company, and not be able to submit any report.

I did not have enough money to place the order. So I told the customer service agent and he was kind enough to give me the favor of paying half amount after my order was done. Such friendly customer service they have

aid $233.50 CAD for an 8-page HR research report. I was promised to have it done within 6 hours. I told them multiple times the late submission is not accepted.
Yes, I did receive the papers. Guess what? They gave me an irrelevant one! It has nothing to do with my topic and requirements. They gave me a random HR paper that they wrote for someone else previously!
I was instructed to put my order under revision, I thought they need a supervisor to take a look to make sure I am not lying, and then refund my money.

I was later told the writer started to work on the report when there were only 2 hours till its due. He will need at least 12 hours to finish it. What's the point? Even if he could write a book for me, there is no way I could hand it in to get any grades!
Got an email from prof. yesterday only to notify me I already failed this course.
What's more, I have called at least five times and sent dozens of emails to ask for a full money refund to my bank card. The customer service promised I will be reached within 12 hours, yet 2 DAYS has passed I still haven't heard anything.
