This auto club is a big scam. Buyer beware! My friend who is suffering from cognitive issues got conned into buying an auto warranty from these guys. We quickly decided that we needed to back out. We’ve been trying to get his money back for over 8 weeks now with no results. They are crooks!

TOTAL SCAM!! THEY PRETEND TO BE TAKING OVER FOR CAR SHIELD! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME OR BELIEVE A DAMN WORD THEY TELL YOU!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I have an extended warranty with them on my 2002 Chevy Silverado and my fuel pump went out in the middle of traffic 2 weeks ago. I had my vehicle towed to a certified garage, at my own expense, the garage called them, as the brochure states to do, then followed up with an email with all the required information and to this date, neither the garage, nor I know the status of what's going on. I have sent several emails to the claims department trying to find out what's going on and how important it is for me to have my vehicle, and am no further than when I first dropped my vehicle off. I've made all of my payments on time. I chose exclusive national auto club because I trusted them, but now I'm second guessing myself. With the experience that I'm currently dealing with with them, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I'm totally disappointed. They assured me that they are not a SCAM, however, I'm not so sure. I won't feel any different until I see this matter resolved and won't continue to do any business with them until it is, hopefully today.

Exclusive Auto club warranty Boca Raton Florida pretended to be Endurance warranty. They said I had a some money coming. They said I was behind several payments and after further review I was not. They needed to update my account. They pushed for the best policy which was $195 after further review with the real Endurance they said I already had the best policy and it was the $128 that I've been paying. I said I do not want this do not charge me the money in fact just cancel my policy completely as they put pressure on me. When I said just cancel everything they said there's nothing the last words was there's nothing to cancel. Then I find they charged me the $195. And when I called back to try to get it refund I was transferred and then ended up with AI and no way to get the refund. So I had to cancel my card. And even after they charged me the $195 I never received anything in writing by mail online or anything in return for the money paid. Such a scam and fraud.

Answered the phone and pretended to be Car Shield and said my policy was not valid. That they were going to refund my money and took money to start a new policy. Called Car Shield back today because I didn't receive the promised email. Car Shield said there is no record of my calling them, that no refund was issued, and that no new policy was issued to me. The scammers have my debit card information, and I must cancel the card and be inconvenienced while waiting for a new card.

Do not give your personal information. Company can not verify who they claim to be. And extremely rude on top of that.

This is a SCAM!!! I had an extremely frustrating and costly experience with this car warranty company, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

I paid nearly $3,000 for what was sold to me as a comprehensive vehicle protection plan. During the sales call, I was assured multiple times that major components were covered and that claims would be handled smoothly. The representative was very convincing and made the warranty sound like a smart, risk-free investment.

That turned out to be completely false.

When my vehicle actually needed repairs, the nightmare began. The company suddenly claimed the issue was “not covered”, despite it being described as covered during the sales process. They then shifted the explanation multiple times—first it was missing documentation, then it was a technical exclusion buried deep in the contract that was never clearly explained upfront.

I have been waiting since the 29th of October to receive a refund I keep getting told different things every time I call I send emails and do not get a response this warranty did not cover what it should have covered and do what it was supposed to do and do what I was told it would do

I paid 3220.00 and was told by the salesman that I would be paid in full for 3 years I canceled in less than 60 days now they say I missed a payment therefore I do not get a refund. I would tell everyone to stay far far away from this company they are scammed and will ruin your life.

Filed a claim 20 days ago, received an email that they would be in touch within 72 hours.
I’ve made several attempts to contact them within no success and have not yet received a return phone call.

Fradulant company , took $187 out of my credit card account, then attempted to Take another $1000. My credit card companydeclined them, thankfully. Beware, beware, beware

Absolute garbage aftermarket warranty company. Everything is based off AI and there is no customer support. This company is a subcompany of Peace of Mind. I have had a customer's car stuck in the parking lot waiting for answers from this garbage company for 30 days now.

This company is very suspect! I have Carshield and when I Googled Carshield, myenac.com popped up. So I called to ask if they new that my rental car reservation had been transferred from one Enterprise location to another one. Once I got a hold of myenac.com they came up with a bogus story that Carshield was undergoing a class-action lawsuit because they were not paying out 90% of their claims, and then tried to convince me to drop Carshield by getting me a refund on any amount I've paid. Next, they wanted me to switch to them. This stinks of FRAUD! I would stay away from this website and company.

WHY WOULD THEY GIVE THIS BOGUS COMPANY 4 STARS? THIS HAD TO BE A TYPO BECAUSE THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME AND DENIED MY CLIAM WHEN I HAD A BREAK DOWN. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

From the start a guy told me that this is the company that writes all the contracts for these extended warranties for all these other companies. I'll explain to him I'm a recovering addict and I'm trying to for the first time get my life straight out here and I'm doing good for the first time and I just don't know who to trust. This guy played on that after like he was my buddy and did he understood and that he do not like seeing someone getting take advantage of especially someone that's trying to put their life together. In the middle of our phone call my price went from 168 to 198 without him ever really answering why and he told me it's a recorded call so he couldn't answer my question at the time. I got to looking in this company is not even better business bureau accredited. I went with another company and they sent a cancellation notice and this company acted like they did not get it and does not want to give my 30-day trial deposit back, and they went ahead and charged me another $198 today , I was not able to pay off my credit card because of this charge and I might be getting kicked out of my housing because I am 198 short on paying my rent today because of of them charging me after my credit card company notified them the other day there's a dispute going on and to definitely cancel this service I am here to tell you that this company is a bunch of predators and if you do business with them they will keep charging your bank account , these guys will flat-out lie to you and they say that they're all accredited and everything and the Better Business Bureau does not even recognize these people. They lie right from the start and talk bad about all these other companies being third-party companies and say that they are the ones that write the policies on behalf of chevrolet. One more time, I WARN ANYONE AND EVERYONE, DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR LIFE, THEY ARE CROOKED AND YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
