What a great service. Our driver (Lewis?)was waiting when we dropped off the car and again in the terminal when we returned. No waiting around. A meet and greet, I would wholeheartedly recommend.

We used this service and landed tonight! We were met by a very polite and enthusiastic Harry Potter looking blond lad. He had our name written on his colouring book and told us he’d just bought a Peugeot and it’s super duper fun! He paid for our ticket using his parents bank card and helped us with our luggage! Lovely kind and well mannered lad!

As we headed off his apprentice in training told us he’d parked our car “dead” straight for us and wished us a safe journey home!

Both then stood at the barriers and waved us off like Forest Gump on his shrimp boat!

Driver gave us a curtsy call an hour in advance to check our arrival time and was there to greet us as we entered the Carpark which is directly opposite the main entrance so couldn’t be any closer. The driver was very polite and professional and wished us a safe journey.
The collection process was equally as professional , The Exeter Valeport staff we were waiting for us in the arrivals area and welcomed us back and provided us with the keys, directions to our car which was parked in the same Carpark opposite the terminal building. I must say the little gifts in the car were a very nice touch.
Three words would sum up our experience great great great and Exeter Valeport will definitely be our go to parking provider

Unfortunately, our experience with Exeter Valet Parking was extremely disappointing.

We made the mistake of forgetting the key card for our Tesla, as we normally use our phones as the key and genuinely didn’t think about bringing it. We immediately accepted that this was our fault, apologised, and tried to work with the member of staff who met us on arrival to find a solution.

However, when her managers arrived, the situation became very unpleasant. Despite being able to see that I was struggling with a toddler, one of the managers approached my husband in an aggressive manner and informed us that we would have to pay £20 for them entering the car park, even though the parking fee itself was only £15. What made this even more frustrating was that they then sat in their car outside the car park afterwards, leaving us wondering why that couldn’t have been done in the first place.

Throughout the interaction, we remained polite, apologised repeatedly, and genuinely tried to find a solution. We suggested alternatives, such as driving the car ourselves to the car park and taking an Uber back or trying to access the key card digitally. When we mentioned that we might have to find somewhere else to park, the manager sarcastically replied, “Ha, yeah, it’ll cost you £250,” before walking away.

I completely understand that forgetting the key card was our mistake, and I wasn’t expecting special treatment. However, there is no excuse for the level of rudeness, aggression, and lack of professionalism we experienced. A difficult situation could have been handled with a little understanding and courtesy, but instead we were left feeling upset and unwelcome before our trip had even begun.

Excellent service from dropping the car off to collection. Driver was waiting when we arrived at the airport and when we got back with the car. Also very friendly and smartly dressed.

Excellent service on arrival and collection. Couldn’t have been any better. Good value compared to other parking options too.

Excellent service, greeted at carpark within 10 minutes of arrival, text service also excellent, smoothly stress free service, was met at departures on return, guide took us to car and even took a suitcase, car also valeted while away and nice smelly air freshener left , lovely gesture.
Would highly recommend!

Faultless and highly professional service

I had a fantastic experience using Exeter valet parking for my recent trip. The drop-off process was incredibly smooth; the driver was punctual, uniformed, and very polite. They completed a quick digital vehicle check before taking my keys, which gave me great peace of mind.

On my return, the team tracked my flight and was already waiting outside the arrivals area with my vehicle. It completely removed the hassle and stress of airport parking. I will absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone flying from Exeter. THANKYOU I GENUINELY APPRECIATE THE STRESS FREE SERVICE YOU OFFERED.

Arrived 4am in exeter and they picked up car by terminal 🙂 on return flight was early and they were there waiting for us ..Excellent service. Will definatly use again ,and a free keyring 🙂

Exeter ValetPort Parking contributed to a great start and end to our family holiday, especially with a young baby.
They were so efficient, communication smooth throughout and extremely friendly.
The little additions of an air freshener and keyring were also nice touches.
We will recommend this family run company and will definitely be using them again!

A smooth operation. Arrived and met by a gentleman who took the parking entry ticket and keys from us, explained the collection on our return. On our return a lady and gentleman met us at the arrival lounge with a clear sign. Gave us our keys and an exit ticket and helped us to the car with our bags. Top class service. No hassle. Cheaper than parking for a week!

Everything was as explained on their website. We were a bit concerned as we were arriving at 3.45am and what would happen if they weren't there. I shouldn't have worried, we received a call whilst on our way, and they were waiting on our arrival. The return was also as promised, there driver was waiting as we came through customs and took us to our car. Will certainly use them again. Excellent service.

Courtesy call prior to arrival was a nice touch. They were there waiting for me, helped take the 6 cases to door of airport as I was on my own. Upon return issue at car park but the team were very apologetic even though this situation was out of their control and went up an beyond to make it stress free. Great price I will definitely use again when flying from Exeter and I highly recommend.

Excellent service will definitely use again. Met as we drove into car park 1 and were in terminal within couple minutes. Our return flight was delayed 25 minutes but were met in arrivals and taken straight to our car and were quickly on our way home. Friendly efficient staff would highly recommend.
