This is a great company to work with for expats, especially trying to navigate the complexities of tax laws when moving back to the states from the UK and having foreign accounts overseas, I have looked at other services, but this one was the most reasonably priced, communication was great, friendly staff, never had the chase for anything, and was constantly updated throughout the process. Their system was easy to use, I have used them twice already and will be using again in the future!

Highly recommended. This was the second tax service I used over the years and this was miles better and more professional than my original firm. Staff were knowledgable, friendly, quick, communicative and available. Really everything you would want. Prices are very comparable and reasonable for the field. I will absolutely stick with them.

One of the staff thre (Jamie Lazarus) explained clearly and in detail how the expat rules apply in my individual circumstance and what I would need to do. Based on his advice I submitted 6 Fbar forms, 3 1040, 3 schedule 1 forms and 1 schedule 6 form. He did not request any payment in my circumstance, but I would have paid if he had needed to prepare any of the forms. I wrote to tell the company that they have established trust and goodwill. I am a computer-type person and could take in a lot of information in the one phone call.

Great company. This was the first time that I had to file for taxes in the US and they made the process very simple and straight forward. Starting with a free consultation call that cleared up a lot of questions I had that other companies charge money for to answer.

They were fantastic to work with and answered all my questions clearly and quickly. I am VERY bad at working with number and in math. I appreciated their patience as they explained what I needed to do. I would recommend them highly.

Great service from ExPat from initial inquiry through electronic filing!! After my initial inquiry, all my questions were answered, and I had regular (but not annoying) follow-up from the first contact person at ExPat. A year later, when I was finally ready to start, that same person walked through all the questions in a three-way call with my spouse, and again sent written answers and a quote for services. After we contracted ExPat, my assigned customer service rep was perfect. Again, I received regular (but not annoying) emails that helped me start the daunting task. When I had simple questions, they were answered promptly by email. When I had a list of questions, my ExPat rep was available by phone. And, the accountant who prepared our taxes was also excellent. I think she turned around a streamlined package in less than 10 days, and she answered questions, took calls, and asked me questions about expenses that might have lowered our tax burden. Everyone was professional, available, patient, and responsive. I would highly recommend ExPat Tax Professionals to any US expat in need of tax assistance!
