Loyal Customer who bought a hand hoover in the Christmas sale stopped working in March and went in for replacement or refund and was refused with proof of purchase with bank statement. Will never shop here again

I had a really great experience with this company. I initially ordered the wrong scooter by mistake, but when I contacted them, their customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive. They changed my order immediately without any hassle, and I simply paid the price difference.

The delivery was exactly on time as promised, and the scooter arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the product. Very professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Expert especially Paulette. She communicated with me updating with delivery. My parcel got held due to road protests but she made sure my little boy had his present for his birthday. She was absolutely exceptional in her endeavour to make an 8yr old boy very happy! My hob gave up working with a busy week of cooking ahead. I rang Finucane Electrical where I purchased a new hob that day. The whole experience was so professional that I just had to write a review. I rang the store and spoke to a really pleasant lady who put me thru to Sean in Sales. I made my decision about the hob, thanks to Sean and paid over the phone.
