Top notch customer service! I made a sales enquiry with Alanna over the phone, which she passed on to her colleague, and within minutes I had a call back from Ciaran and he made the purchase simple and efficient. Excellent!

I purchased my nord mende dryer September 2024 with 3 year warranty. It broke down last week. I rang joyces and they advised someone would call me back. I rang again and was told they are very busy in services and warehouse. I have 3 small kids youngest 4 months old. I eventually got Trevor and told him my predicament. He told me he'd log it for an engineer to call out but advised me he doesn't know the engineer for my area (st mullins) as im outside wexford town. I still haven't heard from any engineer. I have bought all my appliances from Joyces for the last 20 years as my mother and sisters also have. And the one time I ask for someone to look at an appliance that's broke down within warranty and they couldn't help me. I will never buy from them again. Tomorrow I am going to buy a new dryer but not from joyces as I am badly stuck with kids clothes wet for school and the baby. I will share my experience with my family amd friends with the way ive been treated and spread the word. Very bad form Joyces.

I purchased a cooker from Joyce’s and unfortunately it was not working properly I rang Gavin from Joyce’s and he immediately had everything sorted for me within a very short space of time. I couldn’t recommend Gavin and Joyce’s highly enough. I would hate to think what would’ve happened had I purchased the cooker elsewhere. Outstanding service. Thanks a million Gavin.

We got a cordless Shark hoover at the start of November, my child was so afraid of it and it was affecting him badly. So I contacted Joyces and Breda could not have been more helpful, understanding and caring. I've never experienced customer care like this ever before. Huge thank you to Breda and Murt and I will continue getting anything from Joyces. Out of this world service!

I ordered a smartwatch on Wednesday 17th Dec and it arrived yesterday, just over 24 hours later. That is exceptional service at the busiest time of the year and the staff I spoke to on the phone when ordering were so helpful. It confirms again why ordering from an Irish bricks and mortar store beats the online giant bots every time. It was also €80 less expensive than online giant.

I bought a Shark vacuum cleaner from Joyce’s in January 2025. Unfortunately, it stopped working. I contacted them at 5.53pm on Wednesday 10th December and the broken cleaner was collected and a new one delivered by 1pm on Friday 12th December. Trevor, who advised me, could not have been more helpful and clear in his advice. I live over 300km away from the store. Exemplary service.

Helpful staff. Large range of products. Good prices. The best place for electronic goods in Wexford.

We have dealt with Ricky many times and he has always guided us right. He has great knowledge about all the products. Our latest purchase was a Dreamee robot mower which Ricky recommended and it is the best thing we ever bought.
Amazing piece of kit and does exactly as advertised.

Great advice in store and very good service.
I was looking for a new printer and was completely bamboozled about which one to get. Visited the store in Wexford where the sales assistant was knowledgeable and helped me pick the correct one for my needs. Took his time explaining all the options. Very impressed.

Who was very very knowledgeable about drones.

Scam, bought a tablet for 256g but only received 128g version.

I bought a fridge freezer and cooker on Monday. The salesman in Joyce's was helpful and practical with no guff, he just gave me the facts. He was efficient and friendly during the whole interaction. Today, Thursday, two installers from Joyce's arrived early to my home. They worked diligently, conscientiously and efficiently. They were friendly and neat and their attention to detail (adjusting appliances' legs to make sure they were steady etc) was very reassuring and impressive. They took away the old appliances and every bit of packaging from the new ones with no fuss and with a warm attitude. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Thanks to all involved.

I had a fantastic experience with Joyces Wexford. Their customer service is second to none. I'd really like to mention Ricky from the IT department. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating with all aspects of IT. He went above and beyond assisting me to purchase Assistive Technology for a pupil in my school. I'd highly recommend.

Over the years I have purchased drones among many other things from Joyce's. Recently I accidentally damaged my drone and Ricky who works in that department could not have been more helpful. He took the time to give me the best advice and a number of options, a really good example of excellent customer service. Ricky is an asset to the team in joyces.

I was in desperate need of a replacement fridge/freezer. Having been let down by another company. Joyces took my order on Wednesday afternoon and I had a fridge freezer in my kitchen on Thursday morning. Excellent staff from order to delivery. And excellent value too

This crowd won't honour their warranty on products and will keep saying I can't see a fault even though you can show them the fault. Absolute waste of time. Had to go in 4 times about a broken item that was in warranty.

Outstanding service. Stellar delivery time and cheaper than solely online retailers. Can't stress how outstanding these guys are and I'd give another 5 stars if I could.
