The service has always been excellent in every way. They make the reservation process really easy, and they always help and assist us with all our needs. I have been working with them for many years, and we have never had any problems. I would highly recommend them.

My contact is always helpful and responsive and ensures my team has what they need to travel international. They communicate directly with the hotels and do their best in regards to adjustments and changes.

We had made reservations for several hotel rooms months in advance of Eurobike through ExpoBeds and it was quick, easy and efficient. Of course nearer the event participants changed as did rooming needs. Our agent at ExpoBeds stepped in and helped us to move things around so that we could make the changes that we needed. It all worked quite well and took the stress out of booking hotels in a country other than our own.

Expo Travel Group staff were very thoughtful and proactive, helping make the stressful process of intentional travel and expo attendance easier and saving my organization money as well.

They don't use only good hotels, so they book also hotels in a very bad neighbourhood full with drug users. So check the hotel your self, this company doesn't check what they offer for their customers.

I want to share my experience with Chris Mario at Expobeds Dublin. I had made reservations for a hotel in Nuremeberg to attend an Exhibition. The pandemic came and the Exhibition was cancelled 2 time over a 16 month period due to the pandemic. Chris Mario and Epobeds honored my reservation and in May 2022 I will have my original reservation and my original hotel. In todays travels this is amazing and Chis Mario and Expobeds have earned my lifetime loyalty. If you are a traveler you know that the airlines have strict limits and will not honor un-used tickets due the the pandemic. BUT Expobeds Dublin and Chris Mario did honor my reservation!

Got a flawless experience with my hotel booking. My quote was ready just a few hours after i submitted my inquiry, the customer agent was professional and helpful.

They did the almost impossible - with very short notice found 7 rooms in a good and perfectly located hotel during an exhibition. Pretty well done...

Everything was really well organised despite of the many changes we had to make and the team is attentive and kind.

- Location: 4.5 / 5 (next to metro line, near to Indian restaurant :-) )
- Reception Staff: 5 / 5 (very helpful and supportive)
- Room: 3.5 / 5 (very small size))
- Breakfast: 1.5 / 5 (most of them were breads and frozen items)
- Housekeeping: 4.5 / 5 (good job)
- wifi Internet: 2 / 5 (not the best)

Bo is wonderful and the hotel was great - but the dates we had settled on prior to arrival were not reflected in the hotel and they didn't bother to take note of them so I have no idea how many nights I actually used. Next time I would like confirmation directly from the hotel (not a central reservation center) that they have our nights....
