Really impressed -ordered some varifocal ray ban sunglasses for DH; great service (they kept me informed, double checked details to ensure accuracy & provided personable updates), fast turnaround (sunglasses with me in less than two weeks) & the glasses were perfect -so much so that he thinks they could be better than his original glasses & is strongly suggesting i should get some too... think I could be going back.... :D

I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses and all was fine except there was no talk or choice on lens specification as I'd wanted the thinnest possible.

Once the lens had been prepared I was informed that the colour of frames I'd wanted weren't available so had to choose a different one.

The whole process from ordering to delivery took around 20 days which was expected. It was well packaged.

Because there hadn't been talk of lens specification what I received was too thick, I'd wanted 1.74 thickness lenses, or 1.6.

I got a refund and it was an easy process.

Overall a good service even though I didn't manage to get a pair of glasses. Would feel confident in them if I were to order again, but when ordering strong prescriptions many of the glasses aren't available so I went elsewhere.

This company is built on rock solid customer service at a competitive price point.

I love oakley sunglasses and have three pairs with clear prescription lenses. One pair is not from extreme Eyewear and what a mistake that was. It came with the screw that holds the lens in cross threaded and it was unusable after a few months.

My two ordered with extreme Eyewear took a while for me to place my order because I had so many of questions. But Simon was extremely patient ( pardon the pun).

Several years ago. I ordered a pair of split jackets which have served me well. Then I decided a few weeks ago to treat myself to a pair of flak jackets 2.0 xl. I really debated whether I should go with the transition lenses and had to discuss it with Simon a few times.

They arrived promptly within the 2 week window. Due to the complexity of the order there was an error which was easily made. The second I pointed it out a return box was posted and the frames exchanged.

I didn't actually read the trust pilot review prior to ordering my second pair. Because my first experience was so good.

As the Sunday times management consultant of the year a few years ago (2014) I know the value of good client service. It makes or breaks a relationship and creates or destroys a business. Simon and his team do a rock solid job on service. Many businesses could learn some lessons from their approach.

I'm really pleased to see the new improved website with a very responsive chat window that makes it easy to order.

Absolutely impeccable service from Simon at Extreme Eyewear. I have bought two pairs of Oakley Flak 2.0 (lost the first pair in a boating accident) and on each occasion service has been right out of the top drawer. Simon supplied me with lost receipts and even helped with a VAT refund as I am now living overseas.

I just would not go anywhere else - prices are excellent too.

I am super happy with my new pair of Serengeti prescription sunglasses and the service of Extreme eyeware. 40% cheaper compared to local sunglass stores in my neighbourhood. I got fast response over email with all my questions. Always less than a day, just like they promise.

I've only used extreme-eyewear once but, in my experience, they were excellent. I ordered some specs via their website but I had some questions and some alterations both of which were dealt with very efficiently. Their prices were reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them.

Great service from the guys at Extreme Eyewear. I goofed up and ordered the wrong thing. What I wanted was something they did not even sell. But, this was no problem. They ordered in what I wanted and sent it out with a postage bag to send back the wrong product. I messed up and they still put it right. Highly recommended.

It’s not very often I review a company but I just thought I’d take a few minutes to review Extreme Eyewear. The whole experience has been trouble free with the help of Simon. My prescription Oakley sunglasses are amazing and arrived sooner than expected. And at a brilliant price too.

All the good reviews about Extreme Eyewear and Simon are absolutely genuine. I had a very positive experience. Purchased some Oakley Flax 2.0XL Transission lenses and a Oakley case. These lenses are superb. Best lenses I have ever had. Everything is now so clear and they are lightweight. Wore them at the gym on the day they arrived and they have mad such a difference to my workout. They look the part too. People have already commented on them and they were so easy to fit into my existing frame. Thanks Simon. You have made a lifetime customer.

I bought Oakley Flak 2.0 lenses and Oakley Crosslinks glasses from Extreme eyewear.
Oakley made a mistake on the Crosslinks so my order was one month late...Simon has been very helpful, fast and put with the glasses a very nice gift.
I will buy again for sure from this shop for me and my friends!!!

Brillant service, communication and all delivered within or quicker then accepted.
I had to send the sunglasses back due to a very small fault after a month of having received them. No issues whatsoever in getting this sorted under the Oakley warranty. Again seamless return and overall a little cheaper than others online.
Will use again:)

I have ordered 2 different pars of prescription polarised sunglasses from them now and both times the finish on them has been immaculate, and far better than anything I have seen from a high street optician. I have quite a tricky prescription, such that it is out of range the regular lenses from Oakley, RayBan, even Bolle and Serengeti. To be honest the finish is probably better than any of them anyway - perfect fit to the frame and no signs of stress on the curved polarised lenses. The price is a lot better than quotes I got on the high street too, and they supplied frame and lenses that were not listed on the website, so it is worth contacting them to see what they can do in case you have any specific requirements - - communication throughout was excellent too. I'll be looking here first the next time I am on the market for new glasses or sunglasses.

I bought a pair of prescription Oakleys from Extreme Eyewear. I expected them to take a couple of weeks but arrived in just over a week. Awesome service and excellent product. Definitely recommend and will be buying another set in the near future.

Ordered Prescription Oakley’s for holiday, had 3 weeks to get them and their website stated 2-3 week.. They actually came in just over a week....
