I ordered the ZR1 wing back in March, and it took five months to receive the order. I didn't mind the wait time; however, as soon as I received the package and started installing it today, the wing stand bolt hole did not align correctly with the wing. I tried everything and ended up making the hole in the correct location. While I was installing the wing on the bracket, both the left and right winglets kept falling off. I tried to use a lot of J-B Weld, but the winglet just wouldn't stay on the wing. This is the worst purchase I have made in my life. I cannot believe I waited five months for this. Do not buy this wing. You are going to regret it. If they haven't shipped your order yet, cancel it right away. You are going to thank me.

Update: I reattached the winglet with JB Weld, waited 24 hours, and tested it at high speed on the highway, but the wing did not survive. Now the left wing stand is broken, and I do not feel safe at all using this wing.

I ordered a carbon fiber rear window spoiler for my Pontiac G8 GT recently. The product arrived in a timely manner but when I opened it the piece had a defect in the clear coat. I reached out thinking the worst but was pleasantly surprised! I sent a few pics and communicated with their customer service representative. Within two days my claim was honored and a new spoiler was on its way. This piece arrived even faster and in great condition. No hassle at all! I would definitely order through the Extreme online store again.

I bought headlights from them. They look amazing ! I did have an issue but they worked with me diligently until we resolved the issue and they always responded when they could . Great shop great customer service

Many parts I have ordered from this website have not fit on my CTS-V. I also had one part (rear diffuser) arrive broken as well as not fitting and it was not very cheap it is a large part. Just be careful ordering from this website. They also will not show you on the website if a part is sold out so I had to reach out after a week of waiting for shipping information to be told it was out of stock and it could take up to six weeks to get it back in stock.

Tried to buy it the first time. Sold out.

I received the text message to back in stock which was like 2 months later. I went to my cart, clicked pay and it wouldnt let me as they dont deliever to australia.

I messaged them weight and size, no answer, two days later and its sold out!!!!

Wtf..absolute dogs!

I am sorry to say that Extreme Online Store has again proven to be a company not to be trusted nor used for any purposes. The Carbon Flash wing that I purchased and originally found to have many defects – failed. After many phone calls and emails requesting someone to call me and discuss the situation - they offered a carbon fiber replacement (which was in stock at the time) via email. These emails had very limited information and the item would cost $800. Over a week’s time of back and forth emails of me asking questions and calling requesting a phone call to discuss – I finally agreed to pay the additional money only to get yet another email shortly thereafter saying that they were now out of stock and that it will be late June or July before any wings come into stock. Buyer beware of this company.

The customer service provided was exceptional. The issue with my damaged component was resolved efficiently and without complications, demonstrating both promptness and professionalism. I will confidently acquire additional products from EOS company.

Extremely poor customer service. They told me it could take up to 10 business days for my item to be built and shipped by the manufacturer, however after 10 days I contacted the manufacturer myself and they never even paid them!! Ridiculously unprofessional. Stay away.

Terrible customer service. No communication and misleading advertising on their website.

I’ve been wanting to add a high wing to my C8 for a while now, and I’m seriously glad I went with this one from EOS. The carbon fiber is legit — super clean weave, glossy, and looks way more expensive than it actually is. I’ve seen similar wings go for double the price, and the quality doesn’t even come close.

Fitment was honestly way better than I expected. Everything lined up right out of the box, no weird gaps or drilling headaches. Installed it myself using one of their YouTube videos and it turned out perfect. Looks super aggressive and totally changed the rear end of the car — in a good way.

I actually bought a different wing before from another seller and ended up returning it. The carbon looked kinda fake, the fit was off, and it just didn’t feel solid. This one from EOS is on a whole different level.

Price is also solid for what you’re getting. Fast shipping in 3 days, packed well, and it showed up in perfect shape. I’d absolutely buy from EOS again.
