I'm sure FedEx is the least expensive shipper, but by far the worst. 5 items, 3 different delivery trucks. They never arrived on schedule.

I have been looking for new wheels and tires for my 23 Scat Pack. I finally decided on what wheels and tire sizes I wanted to go with. I went with Defiant DF07 wheels 20x10.5 rear 20x9.5 front with Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02 275/35/R20 and 295/35/R20. After I had everything in my cart, I called the wheel and tire line talked to Doug to make sure what I had would fit with no problems. I placed my order with Doug when I was talking with him. He pulled up my cart up and went over every line and said he had another $75 dollars that he could add to the order, so I had $150.65 off my order. My order was placed and my front tires were here the next day. The rest will be here in two days. Great customer service and quick shipping. I will get pictures up as soon as they are on. I found your website to have many upgrades for the new car I just purchased. I have already ordered from your website twice and I’ve only had my car for 10 days. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. Great prices too is a plus.

Easy to use website to source parts for my mustangs.

Made a purchase after having an issue with a previous purchase, a sale rep reached out to me and told me the item was back in stock. I made the purchase and waited over two weeks for the item to come in. The item never did, so I reached out to the company then was assured by email the item would arrive soon as they apologized for the delay.... literally 2 days later they cancelled my order and now I have to wait 14 days for a refund. These people are liars and don't stand by their word, not once but twice I got screwed over. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from hear on out, I feel like I got lied to by wolves in sheeps clothing.

High quality products with high quality customer service as well. Will be buying more parts from them in the future.

I ordered without logging into my VIP account and was concerned I wouldn’t get my rewards. Customer service was amazing and connected my order through Apple Pay to my account so I was credited. Along with your usual awesome service a heartfelt thank you for helping me trick out my Mustang.

My order was never shipped , I feel like that is completely unacceptable. My previous order shipped on time but when I received it I had to repair the item .

It was verified that this part fit my 2011 Dodge Challenger, which it does IF there has been an upgrade to a short throw shifter. It did not say that when verifing the part and will not fit the Challenger with its orginal shifter and not a short throw. We are now having to return the part, therfore wasting my time, several days to wait for the part to get here and now more days to return it and find a part that will install on the original transmission and shifter. My son lives from paycheck to paycheck so this is hard for him to spend the money and now have to wait for the return process and refund before he can order a new part that ACTUALLY goes to his 2011 Challenger in it's orginal state. If he had a short throw box already installed on the 6 speed manual transmission then this would of been great. Your site needs to specify that this part is meant to match up or install on the upgraded short throw box and NOT the orginal.

Shipping was fast as usual

Absolutely disgusted.
Made a purchase, all indicators on website showed 2day shipping included for my parts.
Ordered on a Tuesday - Supposed to arrive on Thursday. Would have worked out perfectly.
Except - they changed EVERYTHING to 3 day shipping arriving on Sunday.
I have the screenshots from the purchase - Before they manipulated that data on the website for my purchase.
Absolutely disgusted - they 'gave' me a $10.00 credit (good through the next month) for the 'inconvenience.
They also insisted I had selected "standard' shipping, not the 2 day. I most assuredly did NOT.
There was NO option for that and 2day shipping was fine. (Stated on website arriving Thursday)
Again, I HAVE the screenshots.
Now things aren't supposed to show till Sunday. (5 days later).
Fkn joke...

I ordered KONI Sport Adjustable Struts for all four corners of my 15 Camaro. During the time of my order the site indicated it would arrive by with 3-4 days. However, that wasn’t the case. Called customer service and they wasn’t much help when I asked if they assist and honor the time by upgrading my shipping. The Koni’s are great but the experience vexed me.
