Just ordered several items from American Muscle and everything has been great.

American muscle website is very easy to use, love the layout of it an if u need help with questions they are very cool with helping as well.

Their customer service is atrocious. The amount of times that I have been hung up on during a phone call or have had an agent just end a chat on their site out of nowhere is insane. Along with that, their reps don’t seem to be trained that well and you will get a different answer depending on who you speak too. It’s time I stop trying to give this place my business and just give my money to LMR. I ordered something and I was notified later that it wasn’t even in stock. I have no clue how this company stays in business.

They have parts I want and parts I need for my 19 year old Corvette at decent prices.

I would never buy anything from them again, I've been waiting for my front brake pads to come.
They sent me the wrong ones twice all I want is my money back and they make excuses now it wait till next Tuesday to get a return slip, never again with them

Took my order and made sure it would fit my car.

Excellent customer service from Mike with both attention to detail and my needs, while being friendly and courteous.

The decklid panel looks great! Install would have been easier if the previous owner had not improperly installed a cheap aftermarket decklid panel. This panel is an easy install. Quality is good for the price point. The only gig is I had to wait months for this part to be back in stock.

One out of five packages that I ordered have came messed up or the box has been open/closed. Do not recommend the shipping option absolutely terrible.🪵 had parts poking out the box scraped up and overall had to throw out one btw I spent 1,523$ for most of my parts to come messed up

AM has been my go to for almost every part on this major overhaul! Great support! Competitive pricing and all around great support. Website layout is very organized.

After calling the number you have to wait and hear many different extensions. Once you choose the right one you are put in a queue for quite sometime. Then you get connected and no one is on the other side. This has has happened several times.

What I ordered came a day earlier than expected and it fit and looks great$$$

I still have not received my order from June 9th and it's the 26th. Where's my side scoops for my mustang???

Good inventory, but not enough for the newer Mustangs.
Need more inventory for convertibles.
Their prices are inline with others, even Ford.
I’m expecting delivery of the one thing that I have bought, so send me another survey next week.

Ordering parts ia super easy to find what you're lookong for. Its also super easy to place an order. And if you need anything they'll be there to assisnt no problem.
