Purchased roll bar covers for my Jeep one month ago. They’re already faded and have a purple tint to them. My Jeep is even covered all day and they still faded! On top of that they were extremely difficult to get on. Not happy at all with this purchase.

Like most companies I have online Jeep parts experience with Extreme Terrain is the same. Parts are advertised beautifully. You order the part. Your 300 plus dollars are taken out immediately. Then the game begins. When will I get my order. Rarely when they say it will. So there you go. Arrival date has passed and the order has not even shipped. Very disappointing.

Bought a set of rims and tires with a sales person named Mike for my Gladiator Mojave. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Today I went back to the site and bought a front bumper for the Jeep. I did it through the website because it was easy but if I need anything else or have any questions I am going to call Mike back.

It's great being able to save your jeep and color! Getting mainly the parts for your jeep. I just need more money for all the seals for the hardtop!

The Extreme Terrain rep told me what I needed to order (i did not select the item). In the neantime I was hospatalized. Afterward, when the dealer tried to install the item I was advised it was the wrong part. 1) don't bother trying to call them, you press lots of options, do not get a rep and then get disconnected. 2) I was given a claims email but they received no record of my problem. 3) Although I bought the protection plan, they will not honor it. I am now sitting with a worthless purchase. THEY ARE A SCAM AND UNREPUTABLE. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Yes, I am TOTALLY disgusted.

There seems to be available agents any time you need them. I had a part problem with an order and the company had the manufacturer send a replacement. I’m waiting on a recent order to arrive and look forward to adding these additions to my 2005 Rubicon Unlimited. Bushwacker Flat Style Fender Flares and LED cornering lights.
