Do NOT buy from Extreme Terrain Scammers
Bought a universal Jeep window storage bag. Only thing is, it’s not universal for the 2026 JL. I immediately jumped through all their hoops for a return the day I got it when my windows did NOT universally fit. Sent pictures did back flips hopped on 1 leg for 7 hours yes this is how ridiculous their return process is! I have called in 2 times both times I was told you will get a QR code in 24 hours. 1 week later still nothing. With the amount of money I’ve spent this one thing doesn’t work and they do not want to do the right thing. I will never spend another penny there. I will finish spending my credits then I am done. When a customer wants to return something they should be able to return it. I guess maybe some time next year this will be able to be returned based on the other reviews this company needs to be shut down. Next step will be the AZ attorney general’s office they love scammers like this and they don’t play….

They shared that while they deem this item as "universal" for some models, you may need to fold the windows for them to fit in the bag. I submitted a request to see if we can have this information updated on our website. We apologize that this was not noted on our product page.
We do show that you set up the return for the storage bag and when the return was set up it was selected to be refunded via store credit. This was completed on 7/21/2026.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your ExtremeTerrain account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 10/31/2026.

Ordered a glass mirror that was wrong…
Ordered a glass mirror that was wrong model and their site said it fits. I went to return it and had to upload pics etc for them to approve a refund. Its been 3 days no response. I waited for 45 minutes to have a live chat and the agent pretty much told me its in review? A review for a return?? I will never ever buy from them again. Zero customer service and shady return policy.

RETURNS are like Pulling Bloody Teeth!
Not happy with this company. RETURNS are like pulling out your eyeballs, not quick or pleasant! I received a damaged item also! A giant heavy bumper that has been a big struggle to pick up, take pictures of, resend... And they still are dragging their feet! It's taken two and a half weeks for this freaking return! One agent saying things will be fixed in 24 hours, then in 24 hours ANOTHER agent saying things will be fixed in two to three business days. Both agents were lying!! If you purchase something from this company get ready for the RUN ARROUD! It's like they're doing transactions with half of the United States! They need better systems in place. Not a happy customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE
Extreme Terrain sent me a product TWENTY MONTHS after I purchased it. Almost two years after buying a set for my Jeep, I received a missing piece of my order. I didn't even remember an item was missing because I had sold that car ages ago. I'm in Canada and the cost for me to ship back the item is more than four times the cost of the item -- so, between $500 and $950 was quoted for shipping.

I will never order from extreme terrain again. What a fiasco sending me the wrong product and making me wait forever with reviews and using a portal trying to talk to customer service. If you order from them pray that they give you the right order. It should be called extremely hard to get a refund. Never again

Bad incompetent sales team. Charges oversize fee on small items such as a tire cover (not for a monster truck). When I ordered an exchange for a different size I got a different style tire cover that I didn't want.
