Hard to find parts for old Jeeps, they probably have it.

Company is a scam. Sent a $200 amazon China made part and charged almost $500. Got ahold of customer service and they tried to tell me it was a different brand which the box and part clearly said otherwise. Returned it and got charged an additional $109 cause they tried to set up an exchange for another brand that was never authorized. Sat on chat for over an hour cause they were trying to partially refund me on both the original item and some random $109 unauthorized charge. Company is a complete scam

Not sure that I agree with doing this/review before I get the product I’ve ordered

Knowledgeable staff, friendly , outgoing and listened to what I wanted and helped me through the entire process went out of his way to make the process easy.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences with ExtremeTerrain, I feel other Jeep owners should know about my experience.
A little over a year ago, I purchased a set of wheels and tires for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from ExtremeTerrain. About a month ago, one of my Mammoth wheel center caps fell off. I contacted customer service to order a replacement, provided the exact measurements, and even sent photos. Despite that, they shipped the wrong center cap.
When I notified them, they apologized and told me they had ordered the correct replacement and that it would arrive in about three weeks. After three weeks passed, I realized I had never received any order confirmation or shipping email, so I contacted them again. That’s when I was told they had contacted the supplier and the part would actually take a couple of months. I chose to wait.
After waiting those additional months without any updates, I contacted them again only to be told the estimated wait had now increased to six months. My only options were to continue waiting with no guarantee the part would ever become available or cancel my order. I also asked whether they could offer a warranty replacement, a compatible alternative, or any other solution since they couldn’t supply the part, and the answer was no.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first issue with ExtremeTerrain. When I previously ordered a rear tail light, I clearly specified that I needed the rear light, but I was sent the wrong part.
When I originally purchased my wheels and tires, I was also given the name of a shop that was supposedly partnered with ExtremeTerrain to mount them at no charge. When I called, the shop told me they did not provide that service. I ended up paying Discount Tire to mount the wheels and tires myself.
I understand that suppliers can have inventory issues and that mistakes happen. What disappointed me was the repeated misinformation, the lack of communication, and the absence of any meaningful solution after the sale. I spent a significant amount of money with ExtremeTerrain because I expected knowledgeable service and long-term support for the products they sell.
Based on my experience, I will be purchasing my future Jeep parts and accessories elsewhere. I hope ExtremeTerrain improves its communication and customer support for customers who need replacement parts after the sale.

It wasn't great. The product I purchased sagged just like the other one. So I have to remove the visor I received and will have to be without a sun visor until another arrives. I consider being w/o a required visor a big safety issue.

I placed an order for wheels and tires, wanted them to arrive mounted and balanced. Work with team to insures this would happen, had to change my choice of wheels to accomplish this according to Tylor B. Even after spending time on the phone and being assured it was all taken care of I received multiple tracking's and items are still arriving piece by piece, now I will have to take them somewhere and get them mounted and balanced which I was trying to avoid in the first place causing me now to have to take time off .

Was having a problem with ordering using my email/password. Nathan was so kind and patient with me and even called me to work out this issue. Incredible! The service alone is why I won’t shop anywhere else from now on for my Jeep! You’ve got a customer for life because of your personality, Nathan! Well done!

Multiple orders with poor packaging resulting in damaged prouduct on delivery. Returns are lengthy and difficult. If they would just package their products in a higher quality manner it would save Extreme Terrain time and money plus customers would be satsified!

Jessie was very patient and helpful. I was ordering a part for my daughter who lives in another state and I'm clueless about Jeeps. He talked me through what I needed and helped me set up my order in my cart. All I had to do was checkout. Awesome! I Definitely recommend Extreme Terrain for your off-road gear!
