DO NOT BUY FROM AT - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

If it was possible to give 0 or negative stars, I would. I will start by saying I am NEVER one to complain, and rarely ever give a review, unless it is a positive one, but the experience I have had with AT is probably the worst I have ever seen anywhere, and the Customer Care is TERRIBLE. I would hate to see anyone else make a mistake by ordering anything from this site.
I submitted an order in late July, and it did, to be fair, arrive as expected in terms of dates. 2 of the products were great, and one of them, a $1,400 bed cover, arrived missing hardware and installation items required to use the product. When I reached out to CS about this, I was directed to chat bots every single time. The chat bots never had any updates, gave conflicting stories about what was happening with my exchange/replacement, and constantly shared a link to a customer service website to "monitor my order". The issue was there was never a new order number issued, no confirmation sent, and no communication, so the link ONLY shows status of my original order. I have tried email, chat bot, and calling, and still, two weeks later do not know what is happening with my $1,400 bed cover that I needed 3 weeks ago for a vacation.

I can not warn you strong enough to avoid buying ANYTHING from this site. The worst experience I have had as a consumer in a decade.

Ordered the part and paid extra for it to be here by Friday. Order is showing Sunday which unfortunately will now be Monday till it arrives.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!
They give one delivery time before checkout, and shortly after you pay and order, the delivery time is pushed back. ANOTHER DISHONEST COMPANY MISLEADING YOU IN TO BUYING A PRODUCT, AND THEN CHANGING THEIR SO CALLED TERMS. PATHETIC!!!!!!

We are sorry to hear of the delays that you experienced with your order for the Officially Licensed Chrome Delete Center Caps and the Black OEM Style Lug Nut Kit. It is our goal to orders shipped to our customers in a timely manner, and we fell short of our goal and more importantly your expectations with this order.

We do show that you placed you order in the evening on 8/10 and the item shipped from our warehouse the following day. In reviewing the tracking history, there were no noted delays from the shipping company. We do show that the items were delivered on 8/17.

Jake, we do apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused you. We do see that you contacted us and wanted to cancel the order, due to the delay, but we were unable to because the item left our warehouse. If you would like to set up a return, you can initiate the return through our customer portal, orders@AmericanTrucks.com.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order, and it is valid until 11/30/2026.

I received a defective mirror I've been…

I received a defective mirror I've been trying to warranty since day 1. Their warranty policy is a joke. I don't get sent a replacement until I send mine in and their vendor looks at them. I need to know why I'm sending pictures in to verify then? I guess I got screwed on the purchase. I knew I should have purchased elsewhere. So, learn from my mistake, do not purchase from American Trucks!

We reviewed your order and we do see that you have initiated a return for the mirrors. Thank you for sending the video to us. We are sharing the videos with the manufacturer, and we are waiting on their response and their resolution. We understand this can be a frustrating experience, but when a return is requested, we ask for photos or videos because there are some situations, where we may be able to resolve the issues without having to do a full return.

We are hoping to have a resolution for your soon and have the replacement lights shipped to you. We do appreciate your patience with this request.

Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 11/30/2026.

Bad Orders

Ordered two items for my fleet and both did mot include the mounting hardware. Which is the 2nd most important part of the items I ordered.
When I asked customer service they wrote it did not include the mounting hardware.
However the online description does not state hardware not included.
Thai is the second time these guys have screwed me . Don’t order from these Yanks.

We reviewed your order and the representative you spoke with was correct. The moldings do not come with hardware. To install the moldings, you would need to reuse the push pins from your original molding.

We did submit a request to have our page updated to confirm this item does not include hardware. Normally if an item does contain hardware, it is noted under "Whats in the Box."

We do see that you initiated a return for the items, and once we receive the requested photos, our Tech Team will review your request and assist you in completing the return.
