SCREWED OVER
I have purchased from American Trucks and American Muscle in the past. unfortunately they must have kept my credit card on file and someone there put 3 orders on my card for about $3000. The charges were reversed, but I'm in Canada and the exchange rate for the purchase and the credit were different, and not in my favor. I'm out about $180 for something they did. they acknowledge that they did this, but won't do anything about it. I will not purchase from them again,and recommend no one to them. I'll do my shopping at Steeda.ca

We do understand that this has been a very frustrating experience for you. We were able to cancel all of the transactions and we processed the refunds. Our orders are processed in US dollars and if your card is not recognizing the currency conversion, we do suggest that you reach out to your credit card company to discuss this issue.
Overall, we want to assure you that we do not keep your card information. When customers make a purchase, their card details are sent directly to our secure payment processor, which returns a payment token, an encrypted, randomly generated code that represents their card without containing any of its actual numbers. This token is what we store, for customers convivence. We strongly encourage customers to have a strong and unique password associated with their account.

Customer service is very good they do everything to help and very quickly. My only issue would be the online catalog does not show very good photos so you really don't know what you're getting and a lot of times the description is very limited as well

Review of my timbres SES bump stop spring helpers
Right now I have to give it a 2 star. I ordered my item and have not received it yet. I chose American Truck to order from cause they advertised free shipping by 7/29. Other website advertised same item for 7/30. Now after tracking my order it did not ship when it should and it is not expected until 8/1. If I went with ETrailer I would have the item on my truck allready.

We do show that you placed your order on 7/28 and we processed the order the same day, but it appears there may have been delays in having the item delivered to you. We replicated your order, and it does show that if you ordered the item today, 8/4, the delivery would be 8/5. when they mess up an order good luck…
when they mess up an order good luck getting a person on the phone... they tell me its shipped and due to arive today and their shipping service amazon says only the label has been created.. amazon has not recieved the package... if you enjoy getting lost wiith chatbots and agents that use ai for their responses.. if not... good luck using this company.... i'm done...
Update: If i could select zero stars i would... after getting the run around about my lost order.. they claim to have rectified it.. i just got notice that my package has been delivered and its nowhere to be found.. not at my house or any of my neighbors... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!. they have zero customer service...

The replacement item shipped out to you and the tracking number for the replacement shows it was delivered on 7/30. When you shared with us that you did not receive this item, a lost package claim was initiated for this order and we show that you were refunded for the item on 7/30/2026. We refunded the shipping back to you on 8/3/2026.
