I've spent plenty of money since I bought my truck. Had a hiccup, they made it right. Enjoy the install vids, helps me know my limitations as I'm getting older lol Great company, great products. Btw, my date of experience is not accurate, I've ordered several times and have gotten everything I anticipated.

I have a agricultural sales and use tax…
I have a agricultural sales and use tax certificate of exemption the sales guy did not know how to use it.This was on Saturday I needed to get the part as soon as possible so went ahead and ordered the part paid the 30 dollar tax.Called back Monday some RUDD woman said I needed to set up a dealers account and could not refund the tax . Being said I know the company will not miss my business but If this is the way they treat people I will carry my business else where and tell people my experience.also it’s very hard to even speak to someone

Turn 5 motto is screw the consumer
Ordered some brake calipers from them , the first set arrived damaged , maybe they were trying to save on shipping materials ? The second set arrived damaged, once again , couldn’t be bothered to put them in a brown shipping box , let’s send it raw through the crappy postage system , finally the third set arrived with only one hole in the box this , but the actual quality of the paint in this set is garbage , one caliper was clearly done right , sprayed on with no chips , but the other caliper has some pretty obvious touch up spots with a brush , and a few chips as well , it’s just very disappointing that I get some half baked calipers when I paid could money for them , but my truck has been sitting in a shop parking lot since June 5th now because it doesn’t have 4 working calipers because I’ve been waiting to get what I ordered but that obviously won’t be happening

Order from a different place
I have ordered parts from them in the past and the last order i put in had my address and everything is good, long story short i looked up the part tracking and found out that their web site had it going to a old address and i didn't put that in. customer service tried to charge me another 17.00 dollars to change it but couldn't promise anything about it. so they said i put the wrong address in for the shipping and i didn't. So ill never use them again

Nightmare Customer Service
Ordered fog lights, delivered on 07/07/26, did not care for the quality and initiated a return same day. Was shocked to find I had to send multiple pics of item and wait for approval before returning item. As of 07/18/26 still waiting on approval to return. Spoke to customer representative twice, get run around responses. Absolutely terrible customer service. Stay away from this company. Will be filling a claim with Better Business Bureau for whatever it’s worth. Have already notified numerous friends with trucks to stay away from them.

This Company is Not Reputable ordered a set of new running boards
I ordered a set of new running boards. Paid full new price. I clearly received an open box previously installed set of running boards. The boards and brackets had previous installation scratches and small gouges on the underside. It was easy to tell they had been previously removed from the packaging wrap then put back. Most of the box staples were missing and the box for shipping was poorly taped. I sent a complaint to Support a few days ago with zero response. My complaints are being ignored! I now question if this is a reputable company.. they certainly showed no care towards customer concerns. Very poor service! I'm quite unhappy...

In their response they shared that we can set up a return or we could offer an appeasement for this item. We do show that you responded, that since you needed to install these for a trip, that you accepted the appeasement. This was issued back to your original payment method on 7/22.
We do understand your frustration, and due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 10/31/2026.
