Stay away and beware of this company
Stay away and beware of this company. There are plenty of other businesses to buy from out there and not risk being lied to and screwed over. Specifically from salesman Nathan H!!! He told me on July 2nd they had a bed cover IN STOCK, I also had him confirm. I was supposed to recieve it by yesterday. Yesterday I was told it WAS NOT IN STOCK. And no answer on when it would ship. I expressed to Nathan on the 2nd of July that I had a trip I needed this for prior to the 15th. He assured it would arrive. HE LIED AND TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP. I believe this is normal practice for this company. Tell ya anything to make the sale and then it is literally impossible to get ahold of anyone other than their stupid AI bot in Chat .

We show that you placed an order for the Pace Edwards BedLocker Electric Retractable Bed Cover; Matte Black (20-26 Silverado/Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD w/ 8-Foot Long Box) on 7/2/2026. This was being shipped to your from the manufacturer. Once we submitted the order, we were then informed that there would be an delay in having the order shipped to you. We do apologize for this situation and the inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
When we reached out to you to share this information, you shared that you would like to cancel your order and be refunded. This refund was completed on 7/15/2026.
Dustin, we do apologize for this error. Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 10/31/2026.

My first time and last time ever using…
My first time and last time ever using this company
The website added things from my “save for later" that didn't even fit my truck into my final order. Conveniently didn’t show up until after I paid. Had to get that item canceled (wasn’t too hard to do actually)
So I ordered 13 items, three days ago. Mainly because they’re website very clearly makes it a point to promote “Free 2-3 day delivery on orders of $149+”
Like I said that was three days ago. I haven’t received anything yet.
What I have received though now are two separate notices that two completely separate items (that are still both labeled “in stock”). Are actually out of stock and the new estimate delivery is next month (mind you I could have got that part on Amazon by yesterday)
The other item (floor mats, nothing fancy) I am now waiting on the manufacturer to "source the
materials". Per their customer service.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the shipping of your recent order. For our free 2-3 day shipping, it is offered on orders over $149, but it does note that it is on most items and please see product pages for details. If an item may take additional time to ship, it is noted to the right of the photo, and a "get it by date" will be listed.
In reviewing your recent order, for example the Front Grille Molding, the initial get it by date was noted as 7/20-7/23. For the Rough Country Rear Wheel Well Liners, when you placed your order, the get it by date was noted as 7/16-7/17.
We are sorry to hear that items that you have saved for later, were added to your order. We are unsure how this happened and we were unable to replicate this error. We are happy that you were successful in canceling those items from your order.

Fix your shipping times
Fix your shipping times. If a customer pays for 3 day shipping then it should be here in 3 days. Put a disclaimer. Refund the shipping difference. Or the very least an apology that the product won't make it in 3 day window.

Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company! There products go to crap right before the one year warranty. Then they send you a replacement back in packaging worse than when you got it the first time. I got broken headlights from them and they won’t send me a new pair knowing it’s on them and they try to play the it’s out of warranty card. Buyers beware. Look furthermore at another website instead of these con artists.

Poor customer service
Ordered Shocks for my truck. American Trucks did not disclose they did not have enough items in stock to fulfill the order. Items shipped from who knows where as well as a supposed drop ship where Amazon logistics dropped the ball. Horrible customer service when I confronted them about their deceptive practices. Even when I confronted them on their deceptive practices, they wouldn't own up to it. Horrible company to deal with.

To advertise 2-3 day shipping is a joke. Order my product online on 6/30/2026 and still have no shipping confirmation or tracking. When looking up my order it says estimated time for tracking is 7/10/2026. Delivery to be expected by 7/9-13/2026. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion that you have to wait 10 day for tracking. Will not place another order from them again. Will find a different vendor or just go through manufacturer

In reviewing your order, we do show that when your order was placed, the "get it by date" was noted on the product page as 7/9-7/13. We do see that there was a delay with the order being picked up from the warehouse, and we do apologize for this delay.
We show that the MPI Exhaust Technologies Bullnoze Series Clamp-On Dual Exhaust System; Turn Down that you ordered on 6/30 shipped out and the expected delivery date is noted as 7/17.
Due to this delay, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 10/31/2026.
