I ORDERED MAY OF 2025 3 TIMES I GOT A BENT RIM OR CHIPPED. NOW 1 YEAR LATER THE $500 A PIECE JUNK CHROME PLATE IS PEELING LIKE PAPER. THE VEHICLE SITS IN THE GARAGE IN THE WINTER MONTHS AND DOES NOT SEE SNOW OR SALT. I ALSO DETAIL THE VEHICLE MYSELF AND DO NOT USE HARSH CHEMICALS. I ACTUALLY WAS SPRAYING WATER ON THE RIM TO WASH IT AND THE CHROME PLATE STARTED PEELING EVERYWHERE. THE COMPANY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING!!
DO NOT ORDER RIMS FRIM THIS COMPANY. JUNK!!
AND $2000 DOWN THE DRAIN.
I HAVE CHROME RIMS ON MY OTHER VEHICLES THAT ARE OVER 10 YEARS AND STILL LOOK NEW.

I didn't wait very long for these to arrive and once they did the change over from old, cheap seat covers, was amazing! They are so well designed and built that they instantly upgraded my truck's interior. They were super easy to install and look incredible! They seem to be super durable and should wipe clean easily. What an awesome product, thank you!

Liars. They mislead and take no responsibility
I ordered a navigation system for my 2012 Rm truck, great price but zero customer service. Cole the service rep assured me that it was in stock and would be shipped within the week. To date there is not even a tracking number and was told it was out of stock. This company uses drop shipping and does not carry an inventory. They continue to blame the drop shipper and American Trucks has taken zero responsibility for the customers satisfaction. Today I find out that it is out of stock. Avoid this company!!! They are not a customer based company they do not care about you!!!

We reviewed your order and we do show that the original "get it by dates" were noted as 7/8-7/15. There are some items that we offer on our website that may take additional time to be processed. This information is normally noted on our website, to the right of the product photo.
We have been reaching out to the manufacturer to receive an update, and then we saw that you contacted us on 7/3 to request a cancellation. We submitted a request to cancel the order and once we receive a response from the manufacturer we will share this information with you. If they are able to cancel the order, you will receive an email when your refund is completed. If they already shipped the order, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Once you receive the radio, if you would like to return it, please contact our Customer Service Team and they can initiate the return. We noted your order that you may initiate this return.

I would never do business or refer anyone with this company because my brother & i had bad experience with them when we paid over $1500 ordered LED headlights & taillights for F150 & never received the products as the promised , also we already paid $75 to the installer to hold the appointment for installation but we never received the order. it's ridiculous business.

Absolutely terrible. I bought multiple items some from open box. One of the open box items said that some of the nuts and bolts weren't included. Not telling me that a whole bar for a roll bar was not in there. They would not take any concessions
