Their products are good, you get what you pay for but their Bama x4 custom tunes on a 2nd gen coyote are horrible. I literally flashed mine back to stock and tossed a brand new x4 in the garbage

They sent a totally incomplete order
They sent a totally incomplete order, instead of sending the remaining part of the order they wanted me to send back what I received and start the process over again. I then requested for a full refund and went somewhere else, also they will not allow you to talk directly to a customer service person only by chat, ridiculous !

Rip off company.!
This company charges you for shipping the product to you and then when you have to return it, they charge $58 to ship it back. Their customer service is rude and un-helpful. I will never use them again. I'd rather go to CJ Pony Parts and pay them for parts. At least you get a full refund if you have to return a product. This company is such a rip off! Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Take my advice and go else where for your parts. Theres tons of other companies that do a better job. Even after your response im still keeping my review and hope that others agree with me. Absolutely will never shop with this company or its affiliates again.

We were working on having this item shipped from our warehouse, but we were unable to fulfill it from the warehouse, so we reached out to the manufacturer to ask them to ship the order to you. Once we submitted the order, they shared that the item is looking to ship at the end of June, beginning of July. We can understand your frustration with this experience.
