Out of all the online stores I have visited AmericanMuscle is buy far the best..the communication, Shipping and Service is on a different level.. I ordered a rear spoiler from Next Gen Speed and 4 days later I contacted them, they told me they haven't even started to process the order and would order it from EOS in California.. So there just a middle man. I told them to cancel the order..10 minutes later I ordered from AmericanMuscle and received a instant response telling me it will be shipped right away and provide tracking number..they did exactly what they said. Wow, 4 days from order to my door step. Great company with professional staff. Thanks and looking forward to doing more business with you 🙏

Ordered my package. It was supposed to be here on the delivery date eight days later still never showed up. I have to call them for them to tell me that something was wrong with it and will not send me a new one. Very unprofessional and bad business like!

Thank you for your recent order and for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanMuscle. We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the MSD 2-Step Rev Limiter ( openbox) that you recently ordered, but it was never delivered.
In reviewing your order we do show that order for this item was placed on 5/25 and we shipped it the following day. Once the tracking is added to an order, we send an email to the customer with the tracking information so they can follow the progress of their order. You can also obtain the tracking information using our customer portal. Orders@AmericanMuscle.com .
We reviewed the shippers website and it look like on 5/30, they noted on their site that they were going to be unable to deliver the item. We were unaware that they were unable to deliver the item until you reached out to us. They do not normally inform us when there is an issue with the delivery. We do apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you.
We do show that you were issued a refund via store credit and were able to use the store credit on two new orders.

Scam was not a direct replacement part not sure how it’s even for my car that they claimed was an exact match. If they had better pictures for the part I would not have placed the order originally and wasted time and money.

1 Month wait for my item.
Just ordered an HPTuners MPVI 4 from em. Waited 5 days just to find out that they dont have it in stock so they have to contact their supplier directly. Its going to take roughly 20+ days because of this situation for a product i needed yesterday. Will never order from them again. I mean what company lets you order things that they dont even have in stock lol.
