So easy to order, and delighted with the goggles. Really good looking, the vision is superb and they fit perfectly. Had a slight issue where the prescription on order didn’t appear at their side… however, a couple of friendly and very prompt emails (from them) sorted this out for me. Plenty of colours to choose from. Was pleased after a slight mishap with the frames was resolved by them for me. Delighted with the results. Highly recommended.

Helpful and prompt customer service and great choice of ski goggles, cheaper than other websites. I ordered the prescription inserts and they fit perfectly. Vision is good, just a shame my holiday to France was cancelled due to COVID so didnt get to try them out yet. Hopefully next time!

Placed an order on sunday the 12th of dec had it comfirmation No, emailed on tusday to find out what was happering noreply phoned on wed the 15th to find out if i could have a despach no told they were be despached that day tired to call and now no reply

Great service, quick delivery.

Exact strap for my sons sports goggles. His strap snapped on the join & opticians wanted me to buy a whole new pair. Paid £15 & they're fixed. You do need the small glasses screwdriver to unscrew old strap & replace. Great customer service too. Will order again if needed.

Really good service and provided a product I was struggling to find from other suppliers. Very impressed.

Glasses and face masks do not go together
but Progear has made life bearable again. I would recommend anyone who wears glasses to buy it immediately. No more misting up, normal clear vision. Should be part of early morning routine. Couldn't do without it.

I re-ordered another tube of PROGEAR - Anti Fog Lens Cleaning Gel. It is the only thing I've found that really stops your glasses fogging up when wearing a COVID-19 mask. Excellent service and fast delivery from Eyekit.

I should have read the reviews first. After a week of placing my order and hearing nothing. I contacted eyekit but had no response after two more days. Tried ringing but could not get through. I emailed again and this time had a response offering a refund, which I am still waiting for. Prices might be less then elsewhere but that’s not much use if you can’t get what you’ve paid for.

I thought there was a delay with my glasses but I spoke to a member of the team who gave we a detailed explanation they have to pass quality assurance tests before they are shipped out as they were safety glasses. They arrived 2 days after this and are excellent for cycling (Wind and Rain) I'm very happy with the service and will order again from Eyekit.

Jamais, jamais, jamais ne commandez chez eux. Leur site n'est pas à jour, ils n'ont pas les modèles en stock. Ils ne vous le disent pas. Vous devez leur écrire pour qu'il vous remboursent et ils ne le font pas. Ils se foutent de vous. Ils encaissent et ne remboursent jamais. Fuyez à tout prix

I was sucked in by the low prices and purchased a pair of sunglasses. I waited patiently for a dispatch notce that never came, I then tried to contact the company on many occations but did not recieve a response until I finally accepted that it was a lost cause and started a paypal claim.
They responded to the paypal claim stating they were out of stock of my item but they were getting it in by the end of the week and I would recieve a dispatch notice by the end of the following week.
So again I patiently waited, but still no dispatch notice. Thankfully I did not close my PayPal claim when they resonded, so after escalating the claim, I did get my money back.
If it seems to good to be true it probably is!

Awful service. Avoid like the plague. Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses 27th April, no response, no way to contact them, emails not responded to, phone line cut off. Was forced to go through the credit cardcompany to reclaim my money which Eyekit then appealed. Upon Eyekit losing the appeal, my order "coincidentally" turned up the next day, over 8 weeks since the original order was placed.
