Read all negative reviews before using this company. He advertises stock that no longer exists, yet takes payment and does not inform you of the issue until you ring and ask. When my replacement item arrived it was faulty and needed a replacement part, but after 4 emails that remain unanswered, and numerous phone messages left that also receive no answer, I will now resort to a visit in person to get this rectified. It's a shame companies still operate in this way, especially during these hard times. Avoid like the Monkey Pox.

Broke my varifocals 1 week before a holiday, ordered new frames on next day delivery. 2 days later I try and contact eyekit. No response. 2 days later after sending another message and leaving my 3rd voicemail I get an email saying they’re out of stock and would I like another colour. Yes I said. 3 days later, the day of my holiday I get an email stating they too are out of stock, would I like to wait or refund? Refund I said, from my holiday with a cheap pair of replacements on - 4 days later STILL NO REFUND!!! Joke of a company. Avoid.

Ordered safety Glasses, with anti-scratch coating, glasses have become scratched after two weeks. Have emailed Eyekit twice, but no response. Avoid, terrible customer service.

Ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses online. One pair wasn't suitable for my prescription so Stephen kindly suggested a suitable alternative.
Good service and well fitting sunglasses. It takes a little time to have the glasses fitted via post and photos etc but well worth it on the end. My regular, local optician wasn't able to help because of my high prescription lens. Shame Eyekit is at the other end of the country for me but the glasses are absolutely just what I wanted and need. Many thanks. Order online with confidence.

Eyekit were able to provide a new strap for my safety glasses, promptly and at a reasonable price.
Sometimes something small can go wrong and get broken on a product, and in this case a clip broke rendering the safety glasses less safe. Getting this replaced restored the full capability of my glasses at a very reasonable cost.

I didn't expect to receive such a good product. I'm happy with it

They were one of the few places that stocked the replacement strap for my son's sports goggles. They were reasonably priced.
I would definitely recommend Eyekit and use them again.

Ordered some prescription swimming goggles for a family trip, leaving plenty of time for the order to be made up. I've waited a month so far and heard nothing. The order hasn't arrived. Nobody answers the phone. There's no response to my phone messages or emails. Unless I get the order in the next few days my trip will be spoiled. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for some in stock frames middle of October, have not received order. Communication non existent, I am very disappointed and am concerned I will receive neither frames or glasses from this poor company.
