Bought a pair of Oakley's that I've owned previously and wanted a second pair - good price, rapid service, seamless all round. Would shop here again.

Excellent service, great products and very competitive prices!

Easy to order, only complaint is after spending a lot of money online, I e mailed quite a few times and called quite a few times, not 1 time did I get any reply. After 3 weeks they showed up in the mail. Love the glasses, but they need to communicate.

The company is completely useless, I would never recommend them, they messed up my prescription sunglasses big time.

Eyekit sent me a pair of clear lens category 4 mountaineering sunglasses and got the prescription completely wrong as well.

I had to use another optician and pay again for the same glasses to be produced. The second firm of opticians got my order right first time.

I tried to contact Eyekit by phone, email and text message to the owner to resolve the problem, but they never replied to any of my communications.

In the end I managed to get my money back from the credit card company.

I wouldn't recommend Eyekit to anyone.

The product was easily searched via Google and arrived in the timescale promised.

Good service and communications, checked with me a part of the order which was really proactive. Product arrived as described with prescription. Thanks

They had glasses at a good price that would take insert prescription lenses. Sent out quicky. Useful company.

Early on during the pandemic, I stumbled across a favourable review for Progear Anti Fog Gel online somewhere. I looked into this and found it is sold online by Eyekit, an optician in Leeds. I wear glasses and work in a dental practice, where much of my time is spent wearing a face mask, not to mention wearing a mask for public transport and shopping etc. Firstly, I must say that this gel is the only product I've tried that actually does keep my glasses clear when wearing a mask (I recommend it to all our bespectacled patients!) and secondly that I've been delighted with the service received from Eyekit. My orders have been delivered promptly each time, and when I had a query with my latest order my email had a response back almost immediately with an explanation. I couldn't be more pleased with it all.

I have at this point sent 4 emails, made numerous phone calls and left two voicemail messages with no contact received about an order I made on the 24th August for a pair of Wiley X sunglasses for £135 (today is 2nd of September). I have received no contact whatsoever up until this point and have not received the glasses that I ordered.

At this point I have to assume that they do not intend to provide me with the glasses that I have paid for or a refund so now I have to begin the process of retrieving my money via the bank, informing the ombudsman and taking them to court.

Beware paying money to this company as I have to assume that this is a scam based on the reviews I have now read here and elsewhere.

Ordered glasses at beginning of June, have tried several times to contact by email and phone. No response! Paid 1st instalment by Klarna. Pretty sure I’ve lost that money now. Don’t buy from here.

UPDATE 25/10/2022 - it has taken a while but after several emails to Klarna, I finally got my refund from Klarna at the end of October. They never managed to get in contact with the retailer either…….just don’t bother with Eyekit.

Ordered a pair of eyeglasses there. After 2 days I received a message that the glasses are out of stock. I asked for refund. Since that they „played dead“….all my mails were ignored!
Had to open case on PayPal. They did not react to that either. Another 8 days later PayPal reimbursed me.

Ordered prescription sunglasses a month ago. Have recieved nothing. I sent 2 messages asking for an update with no response.

As many are now reporting... there is no one servicing customers anymore in this business. Ordered over a month ago, no item has arrived and no answer from seller after several attempts. Go elsewhere.

Placed an order on 11th May for next day delivery. I haven't received the glasses. There has been no correspondence since the order confirmation and my emails and phone calls/messages have not been returned.

Bad customer service. Asked to swap some unsuitable sunglasses but wouldn't help. Won't be using again or recommending.

Another great shopping experience with Eyekit. They price matched a competitor for the second pair of Wiley sunglasses I wanted (polarised this time). In fact offering a slightly cheaper price. The glasses arrived well packaged and in perfect condition a few days later - despite the Jubilee public holiday delays. Thanks to Stephen and the Eyekit team.

Zero customer service, order never arrived.
My son needed a prescribed surfing goggle. Ordered at the beginning of May and today is 23rd May. Never arrived. Tried to contact via email and phone, voice messages. Never replied. I will start asking credit card company to try get a refund!
