The gentleman that upgraded my cameras did it with no questions and worked and stayed until both cameras picked up what the old did.

The engineer was happy and friendly and very efficient. He cleaned up after he finished and explained all the workings of the new system.

We are very happy with the service we received. The security alarm was fitted efficiently and without disruption. The engineer explained in detail how to use the key fobs and code pad.

Martin the fitter was here at the time he said he would be he introduced himself and showed his identity badge was very polite cleaned up after himself showed us how the system worked job well done

Positives
* Nice salesman and a 15% discount on the list price if you committed to purchase on the day he visited.
*Speed of initial installation
*Overall responsiveness of IT when there are issues (of which there are many….)

Negatives
*System just doesn’t seem to be able to work fully - we’ve had to have a bigger DVR fitted as the initial one meant the cameras weren’t working properly. Since that was fitted we’ve honestly had four days of a nightmare - the cameras now go off at birds, each other and nothing at all.

Whilst I appreciate the company’s various efforts to try and resolve this if I’m honest I’m losing faith in the system altogether at this point. It’s just too stressful having lights flashing all the time, notifications pinging on your phone twenty or thirty times a day and I wouldn’t go through the experience again knowing what I know now.

The whole experience from initial discussion to installation went incredibly smoothly. Their staff advised us on the product required without being too pushy. We are very happy with our system and would recommend it to anyone.

17/02/26....The consulting engineer arrived on time for the appointment and was able answer all our questions plus give helpful advice. There was no sales pressure, we were given price options and left to choose one that suited our needs. Installation was arranged and carried out in a couple of days. The Engineer was thorough and very careful to explain all aspects of the equipment so we knew how to access all functions easily. Great Service and good value for a top notch perimeter security system. Highly recommended!!!
