Expensive junk. Your paying premium price expecting premium goods but it’s no better than other cheap junk available at 10% of the price

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with **Eyetek.co.uk**. Their so-called "high-quality" surveillance equipment is nothing but **overpriced junk**, and I regret ever spending my money on it.

Let’s talk numbers. I recently purchased a **camera pen** from them for **£96**, expecting a premium product. The reality? **The same quality pen can be found online for just £7.** Yes, you read that right—**£7 on other sites like Temu, with no noticeable difference in performance**. That’s nearly **14 times cheaper** for the exact same functionality!

And this isn’t an isolated case. A quick **Google search** led me to another website selling **spy gadgets at a fraction of Eyetek’s prices**. The harsh truth? **Eyetek is charging absurdly high prices for products you can get elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.**

Their equipment is **not worth the price tag**, and I urge anyone considering buying from them to **do some research first**. You’ll find **identical products at a far more reasonable price** without the unnecessary markup.

Save your money. **Eyetek is not selling high-end gear; they’re selling illusions at premium prices.**

I had a pleasant experience with Eyetek Surveillance Company, after becoming a first time purchaser of their Smoke Alarm style camera. I was given excellent customer service from the start, and the communication via email and phone was great. The product is suitable for any home or small office space. Eyetek Surveillance Company is highly recommendable.

Excellent company to deal with, purchased several items and had a problem setting up a WiFi camera, a quick phone call and one of their tech support team talked me through the set up. First class service will use again

Bought a piece of equipment from them, it came in time, the overall quality of the product was very disappointing, screen had mirco scratches and a tiny pice was broken. Tried to get in contact with company for a refund, absolutely nothing back from company. I will call bank today

The surveillance camera in a clock is useless. Disconnects without a reason all the time. Poor quality of footage. The worst part is the manual provided is extremely impractical. It doesn't give any relevant info about setting, using or problem solving.

Excellent service questions answered quickly

Order process was nice and simple. Cpear pricing and no hidden extras.
Delivery was nice and quick, an order update would have been nice but I guess owing to the nature of the products people may not want this.

Great service, camera arrived before scheduled date, Was for a relative with little tech know how. Couldn't get it to connect so a quick phone call for support sorted this in a couple of minutes.

Easy to set up , good camera viz but still struggling with needing a flowing playback vid with sound

Product itself: we purchase a key fob with hidden camera. Picture quality is very good perspective is very good. Clear voice and sound recording. Very easy to operate device.

Very good descriptions of products on website. Easy to order and fast delivery. Well packaged. The biggest problem was the instructions which were for a different model. Some things are easy to guess but some things are confusing, eg led colour indicators do not correspond to instructions so difficult to understand how to proceed. I haven’t managed to get the device working yet, left it on charge with a blue led glow??? Hope the led goes out and can then try to set up again.

Excellent build quality and intuitive functionality. Short testing yielded excellent results.

I have not had the unit long enough to comment on longevity/longer periods of use but I am sure it will stand up to expectations.
