Suspected partner of cheating and wanted to know if my suspicions were correct, I ordered the enduro recorder as I needed to be sure before I ended a 15+ year relationship.
Once it arrived it seemed simple to use and the instructions provided were helpful but me as as skeptic needed some additional help as I am a bit of a technophobe, I spoke with customer service and they walked me through how to install and charge up my purchase (I was in fact doing it correctly I’m just easily confused). I couldn’t rate the service any higher and the product itself works perfectly for what it was purchased for, thank you!

With the help of this equipment I was able to find out about something that I hoped wasn't true. Like it or not though it helped me face the truth and move on with my life.

I needed a camera to be built into a sound bar that I had purchased the same day. These guys were able to do this within just a few hours, you would never even know it was there

The product got sent very fast and the communication was great but the quality of the product not worth at all.
I was hoping to get a refund after I tried it and they refuse to.
Your product is NOT working properly how can you NOT give people their money back?
If I buy a wardrobe and the doors not working they can't tell me "yeh but the rest of the wardrobe is standing"
I literally can throw my money in the bin.
That £200 gone!
I really didn't wanted to leave a bad review but you seem to not leave me with an option after the response I got given.

So far I am not impressed. I attempted to make an order but they was an issue verifying my card, my fault, and received an email stating my details are still on file if I wanted to complete the order. 2 days later the card issue was fixed so I went to complete my order to find my card details was also saved, not very safe. I made my order and its status was in progress. Later the same day the status, according to their website, said my order was complete, which clearly royalmail cant deliver that quickly so it wasnt complete at all. I havent been given a tracking number for my order, and no it's not in my spam folder, so I have no way to know if my items have been sent on not or even if this is a real business. I will update my review when I know if I get my items or if I need to claim back from my bank.

Update. Items arrive. I didnt get the package tracking info but they still arrived ok. They came in a postal bag that was ripped and doesnt protect the boxes but the items was protected well inside those boxes. One item does not work as described, mainly the sd slot, so recordings can only be saved on the phone if keeping the app open making the device useless and not fit for purpose. I havent contacted them as I didnt see the point given i didnt get tracking info so they dont seem that concerned about customer service. 3 stars because you do get the products but at your own risk if they work or not and on customer service.

I have been a regular customer for a number of years. There are many reasons for that, the main one being that they take good care of their customers. I have recommended this Team and products to other professionals, and have no hesitation in continuing to do so. The products are quality, and do exactly what they are supposed to. If there are any questions, there is a team to actually speak to - which is so very rare in these days of faceless keyboard messaging. You are in safe hands with these guys.

Recently purchased a couple of recorders to helo solve a personal situation. Delivery was swift, instructions very easy to understand and the products worked even better than I even expected. Let's say that I got fdom them exactly what I needed. Would definitely buy from this company again. A++

Great Products and Supportive Staff. I had a situation where I needed a coupleof secret audio recorders to get me evidence of cheating. Both products worked a treat and I also received in-depth over the phone support to help me with one recorder. Would definitely recommend!

SHOCKING!
Item arrived damaged, looked like it had been used by someone else and badly repackaged. They promised to re-imburse the cost of sending it back, then RUDELY REFUSED!
Avoid these scammers! I bought a replacement elsewhere for one third of the price they are charging! TOTAL RIP OFF!
