Habe Anzeige erstattet, wie von den anderen Betroffenen schon ausreichend beschrieben. Wollte den Kaufvorgang abbrechen , ging nicht zu spät. Geld wurde von meiner Visa Card abgebucht, obwohl ich noch nicht mal eine Bestellung aufgegeben habe. Unglaublich!! Es müssten alle Strafanzeige stellen.

I ordered the cameras based on ads that showed the camera as an A+ and showing it easy to set up and start using. These ads are very misleading. I was able to get one camera paired with my phone using an old 2.5G network but the app had so many popups that it was unusable. It was obvious that this was not the product that was advertised. The phone number on the credit card statement was not in service. Email was the only way to contact them and they won't even talk to you about a return until you take a survey which I now suspect allows a virus onto the computer.
At first, I was told there was no order under my email. After I gave them the confirmation number, they offered to give me 25% back. Then 50%. Then 70% all the while I told them that my internet is 5G and these cameras don't run on 5G. (They don't tell you that upfront.) I copied all these emails and filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Bei der Bestellung einer Minikamera waren auf der Bestellung auf einmal mehrere andere Artikel aufgelistet. Keine Möglichkeit zur Korrektur. Sofortige Stornierung wurde abgelehnt. Sehr unseriös, Betrug ist offensichtlich.

I bought 2 mini cameras, but also was charged for duplicate unauthorized purchase of same order...which I tried to cancel within 15 min, even though website said it's possible to cancel in an hour, but I was not allowed to cancel it claiming that order was already submitted, and from support team I was told I have 30 days to return them, same day when they arrived I sent email about return but their policy is "unopened and unused" so if any issues arise, people get stuck with product, to try them you have to open box and use them...to set them up it's impossible, APP is in Chinese, a lot of pop us, confusion with registration, I was thinking to register for free membership, but realize it was membership for LA paper, some music app, etc. I had to cancel my credit card because I thought card might have been compromised by putting # and info...
simply put, junk, junk, junk...don't buy,
to get a refund customer have to pay for shipping and it goes to china so I received refund of 25% which would hardly cover shipping and then worry that package got lost and I still would get stuck with product...

Spyfocus they are so rubbish, I still waiting for my package after I paid extra for special delivery.
I purchased a mini camera and all now it hasn't arrived, which am very disappointed and annoyed.

Between them and the delivery company EVRI they won't refund me for the parcel that is well overdue.

Please be careful of those two company, especially Spyfocus, they are a con artist, very conniving.

The animated system answering my email, and keep repeating the same irrelevant reply.

How do I get my refund from the sender and the delivery company Evri.

Die Rückgabe der bestellten Ware ist fast unmöglich. Unmengen von E-Mails, in der Regel in Englisch, keine genauen Informationen seitens der Firma. Ob man das Geld zurück bekommt ist auch noch nicht klar.
Bei dieser Firma nur nicht bestellen, was versprochen wird stimmt nicht.

Unfassbar, was da abgeht. Habe über die Website bestellt und nur wenige Minuten später storniert. Antwort; Stornierung nicht mehr möglich, da die Ware schon verschickt sei.
Dank Paypal habe ich das Geld zurück. Trotzdem habe ich noch eine shipping order nr. Bekommen.
Lasst bloß die Finger wegvon dem Laden!

Plastikmüll und Betrug, sollten angezeigt werden!!!!

Also ich möchte mich hier eigentlich nicht wirklich äußern aber ich kann nur den Rat geben finger weg. Qualität Kamera Schrott. Qualität App Schrott. Qualität Service Schrott. Die Kameras kosten bei Temu 2,11€ . Das sagt doch alles

Vorsicht bei dieser Firma...Kameras sind Billigware ,Stornierungen sind nicht möglich,Akkus halten kaum eine halbe Stunde, App ist nicht kompatibel...selbst ein Stern ist zuviel...habe 146€ für 4 Kameras bestellt,weil die Bewertungen auf der Spy Focus Seite sehr gut waren...alles Fake...wirklich Billigware aus China ...Stornierungen selbst nach einer Minute nicht mehr möglich...Finger weg von den Kameras...habe Dank Käuferschutz mein Geld zurückbekommen, aber das war mir eine Lehre...nichts mehr kaufen ohne Trustpilot Bewertungen gelesen zu haben...

Do NOT do NOT buy from this company. I purchased 1 item mini security camera for $39.90 additional costs came to $50. Which I was happy about. Looked at my bank statement and they had charged me 2x $75. For what I don’t know. I’m trying to get a refund but boy they are an absolute horrible company to purchase or get a refund from. I’m a pensioner who does not need this in my life. They told me I can return the items which I will immediately do. So let’s see if I get my huge refund back.

Failed to cancel an order even though the request was made immediately. A scam and not to be trusted. I should have checked TrustPilot first.

Am 18.03.2026 Bestellung 2.Mini Camera zu 39;98€ geliefert wurden 2.Camera 39.95€ und 2 Camera zu 85,28€ am eine Rücksendung ist mir mangels Adresse,und Retueschein nicht möglich.natürlich habe ich das unternehmen aufgefordert einen Rücksendeschein zuzusenden vergeblich ,die antworten auf meine Schreiben ,wurden mit aus dem Zusammenhang eine Rücksendung nicht beantwortet.Ein unternehmen wie Spyfocus kann ich leider nicht Empfehlen Grüße Adolf Ambrosch

Zuerst, es müßten 0 Sternchen sein. Wie andere es schon beschrieben haben ist diese Verkaufsstrategie nur in Betrügerischer Absicht aufgebaut. Im Kaufvorgang erschleicht man sich eine Abbuchungsbevollmächtigung. Danach kommt man aus diesen Vorgang nicht mehr heraus, im Gegenteil, es werden immer mehr Kaufoptionen dazugepakt und es gibt kein zurück. Ich habe dann den ganzen Vorgang abgebrochen und habe die Webseite verlassen. Um sicher zu gehen habe ich in Paypal nachgeschaut ob eine Abbuchung erfolgt ist. Es war noch nicht der Fall.
Einen Tag später habe ich die Abbuchung in Paypal entdeckt, aber keine Nachricht von SpyFocus. Die ist im Spamordner gelandet!!! Habe die Annahme verweigert und eine Geldrückforderung über Paypal weitergeleitet. Der Rest ist Abzuwarten. Fazit: schaue erst bei Trustpilot. Ich bin noch am überlegen, wie man gerichtliche Schritte gegen diese Betrüger einleiden kann.

Unseriöser Verkäufer! Bloß nicht bestellen!
Kundenservice nicht gewillt, eine Bestellung unmittelbar nach Bestelleingang zu stornieren. Hinhaltetaktik. Ware wird trotz wiederholtem Bestätigens der Stornierung durch den Kunden dennoch nach 3 Tagen Bearbeitungszeit ausgeliefert.
Kommunikation geht nicht auf Thematik der Stornierung ein.
Zumindest ein Großteil des bezahlten Betrags konnte über PayPal zurückgeholt werden.

Purchased directly from company. They would not give full refund. Wanted to negotiate 25% refund. Finally took 50% refund, kept cameras & cards that they didn't want back,since it was clear they had no intention to refund total amount. Don't purchase if you don't intend to keep. Never hooked up so cannot rate cameras. If they're anything like the service, so not worth it. China companies play games. Will never purchase from China directly again.

If I could give zero stars I would. These cameras are garbage. Took a lot of effort to get a refund. Luckily I paid using a credit card which eventually refunded me the full amount. I was ghosted by Spyfocus. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

SpyFocus also goes by the name Getcamtrix; I doscovered this after purchasing following rave reviews I now know to be shill / scam reviews.

The SpyFocus website stated it would be 1 - 3 days for dispatch, and about an hour after purchasing, something about the site made me suspicious, so I checked Trustpilot (should have done that before purchasing, right?)

Anyway, on seeing the reviews, I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. I got a response from "Victor" which immediately raised my suspicion further as it was "Victor" that responded to my queries when I purchased from Getcamtrix. I also noticed the payment (through PayPal, thank goodness) was taken by exactly the same entity as Getcamtrix

The response I received was along the lines of "I'm sorry it's already been dispatched". I queried this, and queried why I had received neither purchase confirmation, not "Dispatch" advice. The responses also looked a little bit "template" as if it was the same thing sent to anyone that had a similar query or request. "Victor" explained that the speed of dispatch was due to having certain high-sale items pre-packed and ready to go, so it was just a matter of putting a shipping label on it and sending it straight away.

Again, this didn't ring true and I queried why their website still showed the order as not yet having reached packing, if it was already dispatched, and why I had not received any dispatch advice. I also queried why it would take 24 hours to give a tracking number if all they had to do was put a label on it ...

The next response I received said that they would "contact the delivery company and see if they could stop delivery". Amazing. I'm in Spain. and barely 1,5 hours after purchase it's on its way with a courier?

I responded that investigation had shown SpyFocus and Getcamtrix to be one and the same company, each with equally appalling scores and once again demanded a refund, stating I would open a case with PayPal if no refund was received.

This morning I received full refund via PayPal.

Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware. This company IS a scam company that goes under various different names, one of which is Getcamtrix.

I can't comment on the quality of the product as thankfully that was stopped in its tracks and I got money back, but do not trust this company, it is a scam.
