EZ Living Furniture UK Reviews

The saleswoman sorry I cant remember her name with the long black hair was so nice , helpful and professional and such a lovely new store many thanks Angela 😀

I dealt with Mark in the new Belfast Boucher Road store. I have been after a new bed for some months now and with Marks help and wealth of knowledge around ottoman beds, I have finally settled on one. His experience around picking out the best mattress was also second to none. He advised me well on what I should be mindful of for getting a good nights sleep and encouraged us to spend time exploring and lying on a few different options before we chose. I can’t recommend him highly enough. This EZ living furniture store is stunning with beautiful furniture. Can’t fault my buying experience with them

I went to the boucher road branch for bedroom furniture. Got exactly what I needed with the help if Mark who's customer service is amazing. He was very attentive and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back if I needed anything else.

Kate was fantastic, great customer service...not pushy but very knowledgeable helping me make the right decision for me. Thank you!!!

The staff were amazing great to talk to

Ted mc is an excellent salesman, with his help and patience we finally have the sofas we had been looking for ,
He’s a true gentleman

Friendly and helpful staff helped make the selection and purchase simple

Our salesman Neraj was very helpful

Julie at the Holywood store was very helpful and patient

The sales guy Sam was very pleasant and helpful. Went above and beyond moving things around so we could get a mental picture of what the sofa would be like, he sent me an email quote and followed up with a phone call. Sam made himself available when we went back to the shop to make our payment and also got another assistant to help us.

The help and time we were given to chose a sofa , shown different options, and then left alone to make a decision … same with the dining table … told to hzve a look around and take our time . …. It was a great help

Mark was fantastic , great experience throughout choosing our dream sofa very helpful and knowledgeable

Great Service

Samantha Moffett was really helpful from the moment we stopped to look at a sofa. The one I originally wanted had a longer lead time, so she suggested some alternatives. We then found a clearance sofa on the shop floor that could be delivered within two weeks, which I was delighted with!

Samantha made the whole process quick and easy. I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive!

We had a notion of buying a new sofa for a smallish everyday living room perhaps after Christmas and had looked in a couple of outlets as we checked out options. We met the assistant manager Kate as we entered the Lisnagelvin crescent link EZliving store. The store were celebrating their 5th year trading and we were offered cup cakes and welcomed to look over the extensive range of sofas, all at reduced prices.
Many sofas were too big for our smaller room but we did see one we liked and Kate showed us the different fabric options and features and pointed out that this model was available in the Galway and Dublin warehouses and could be delivered with zero charge for delivery next week. The markdown on prices and ready availability on the sofas and other products saw us committing to the purchase of 2, 2 seater sofas a puffet/footstool, 2 small tables, 2 stylish cushions, a rug, an open type display unit and a table lamp. From a half interested nosy look around we now find ourselves looking foward to seeing a whole room transformation in our everyday living room. Thank you to Kate for her informative and supportive assistance as we worked through the options.

We are very happy with our furniture, excellent quality and a very good company to deal with

Staff were very helpful and explained how to order and when we could collect the item . All went as described.

Mark Trafford at Boucher Road branch was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient when we visited the store with mum to buy her a bed. He couldn’t have been more respectful, kind or considerate and most importantly helped us find the bed that meets mums needs. Thank you Mark for all your help.
