Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the delay in your parcel delivery and the lack of timely updates.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when expectations are not met. We posted your parcel on time and entrusted it to our national courier partner, but unfortunately, the delivery did not go as scheduled. According to the latest tracking information, the parcel is showing ready for delivery.
While this is outside our direct control, we believe in taking full responsibility for our customers’ experience. As a gesture of goodwill, I would be happy to arrange a replacement item to be sent to you right away. Please let me know if you’d prefer to wait for the current parcel or proceed with the replacement.
Once again, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to making this right for you.
