When I reached out for help with a coupon they responded quickly and adjusted my payment accordingly without any issues. So easy and nice !

I bought the mascara and the eyelash serum. I am really happy with both items. However, I wasn't sure how to use the serum or remove the mascara, so I emailed and asked. The company rep Yuki was amazing. I had answers within hours and such a friendly helpful person. Can't recommend the company, staff and products highly enough.

I thought my purchase hadn't been delivered after Facelove emailed the delivery information....so I contacted Facelove. They quickly responded with all the information I needed to preceed including suggestions on finding the package. I did what was suggested and I did find my package hiding where it had slipped under the seat of the car! I was relieved but even more so, I was impressed by how kind and professional their quick response was to my inquiry. Thank you, Facelove!!

I am extremely disappointed with this mascara and with the way this company handled my situation.

After using this mascara, a significant number of my eyelashes fell out, leaving noticeable gaps. I stopped using the product, but my eyelashes still have not fully grown back. This has been extremely upsetting and frustrating for me, especially because I trusted this product and never expected a mascara to cause me this kind of problem.

What makes this experience even worse is the company’s customer service. I contacted them multiple times and sent numerous emails asking for a full refund. After going back and forth through many emails, they still did not refund my money. Eventually, they simply stopped responding to my emails altogether.

I should not have to repeatedly email a company just to get a response or a refund after having such a negative experience with their product.

I absolutely do not recommend this mascara. My eyelashes have still not fully recovered, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint was handled.

Pauline 💜Customer Support @Facelove Cosmetics went above and beyond when I realized I didn't enter a discount code for my order. She promptly refunded the difference. If their products are as great as their customer service, they have a lifelong customer in me!!!

I order a lot on line. Several times from Instagram. I don’t remember ever finding a company that has great products AND outstanding customer service. Yuki has been a dream. Even when I had a problem using a gift card she researched it and had the gift card amt credited in two days. I must admit I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Their mascara is wonderful. I had stopped using mascara on my 79 YO lashes because every one I tried clumped and smudged. Not this one. Too long a review but so pleased. Great products and Yuki is a rock star. 3 days in to lash serum and just ordered foundation stick. Am optimistic.

Yuki was so very helpful and professional in her duties.. She made the experience less complicated and easy to go through.. Also I told her that I had received the color changing stick.. and used it right a way..for a luncheon I was to attend... At the restaurant, as soon as I sat down and was immediately told that by my friends that my face looked fabulous.. "What do you do for it?" I have known these ladies for many years.. and this was the first time they said anything like that... So kudos to Facelove...love the products..

I ordered the mascara and lost time of when it was supposed to be delivered. I reached out, and immediately got a response and product delivery time. I recieved the product yesterday and Im so pleased with the results. It definitely does what it says. Thanks to Pauline also for the great customer service. I will definitely order again

Facelove Cosmetics has excellent customer dervice. My order was shipped to a previous address due to probably "auto-correct". Yuki was so kind and responded very timely in sorting out the issue and my product has been expidited to my new address. So refreshing to have such a great experience. Thank you Yuki.
