Never again
Sent 1 wrong box had half a bed up had to sleep on an airbed for over a week the instructions are way too basic and trial and error is the only way to build it I would definitely not buy this type of bed again

Chairs are unsatisfactory due to lack…
Chairs are unsatisfactory due to lack of cushioning on seats and arms allowing springs and timber frames to poke through the surface. Never again.
The response from the seller suggesting that the chairs were purchased a year ago, normal wear and tear can be the reason for the failures. Is this a suggestion that the products should only last one year?

To clarify, we’re not suggesting that our products are designed to last only a year. Many of our customers continue to enjoy them well beyond that. However, as with any product, the longevity can vary depending on usage, care, and other factors over time.
We do offer a 12-month warranty to ensure we can properly support any concerns that may arise within that period. It’s unfortunate we didn’t hear from you during that time, as we would have gladly looked into this and assisted you accordingly.
That said, we truly appreciate you raising this with us, and your feedback is important in helping us continue to improve. If there’s anything further you’d like us to review, we’re here to help.

Assembly went well fortunately and the products appear to be strong and reasonable quality.

I ordered 5 items and they were delivered in a timely manner with updates to the progress of the delivery.
All products were as described and I was happy with all of them.
Unfortunately when removing a sticker it ruined the finish on the surface.
I made contact on messenger and within 24 hours had a reply and an outcome to rectify the problem.
3 days later received a replacement.
Such a professional and informative company.

Didn't take that long to deliver
Didn't take that long to deliver , my handyman only took just over a hour to put it together.
I left the mattress for 72 hrs to ensure according to instructions.
Very happy with my purchase.

The factory is only about 2 hrs from us…
#FBA 120500. Ordered 15/3/22, didnt receive until 8/4/22. The factory is only about 2 hrs from us yet i waited 3 wks for delivery. Quality of chair was terrible, it broke soon after purchasing so sent it to the tip.

Exceptional product and service
The delivery was great and on time. The young man who delivered it was not fazed by the 45 steps he had to carry the 4 boxes separately. I’m not a young women and that’s was extremely beneficial to me. Something I don’t experience often. The set is really lovely and sits perfectly on my balcony leaving plenty of room. I would recommend Factory Buys any day of the week.
