Miranda G helped me tremendously

I needed a replacement filter for my rheem classic 90plus and could not get any answers from rheem or any one else
I went on the factory direct website and had the good fortune of mssg with Miranda G. She knew exactly what I needed and even gave me the product I'd and told me the amt of protection the filter in ? Will give me in comparison to the one I'm currently using. They are lucky to have her there in the chat helping customers and potential customers like me.

Ordered three sets of custom sized…

Ordered three sets of custom sized filters. Items arrived 4 days after date promised. One of the 3 orders was the wrong size. Attempted to contact the company. However, they do not answer phones on Friday or the weekend. Their chat is also disabled. Emailed them 4 times with no response. Will now dispute the charges for the defective \ useless item.

Extremely Cheap & Flimsy Filters

Please be sure to read my two updates below my original post. I originally gave this company a one star rating and have now raised it to two stars. I have documented my entire experience with this company.

I wish I had looked here before I bought these filters. Factory Direct filters are very cheaply made; the filters I received are not worth even $5 a piece and I paid $20 per filter. Like many others here, my filters arrived damaged, primarily due to how flimsy they are made. BUYER BEWARE! This company is selling substandard filters at outrageously inflated prices and certainly taking advantage of people during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Update: I posted the above review 10/6/2020 and at the same time opened a case with Factory Direct. True to form it is now 10/18/2020, twelve days later, and I have not heard word one from Factory Direct except for the automated reply when I opened the case. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of product quality and total lack of customer service. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.

Well low and behold. I finally heard back from the support group at Factory Direct filters. On 10/30/2020 I got an email from the support group at Factory Direct Filters asking me to "accept their apologies for the delay in responding and ... for the condition of the filters." They went on to say that they would be issuing a credit on my card and that they did not expect me to return the damaged filters. I must say, I never expected to hear from them so I have raised the rating to two stars. I still feel that these filters and way over-priced and their support group is ridiculously slow in responding, but now that they have satisfied my request for a refund, I could not leave them at one star or at my wish to give them zero stars. I was torn about raising their rating to three stars but I still feel that the quality of the product does not deserve what would be an "average" rating.

Ordered 6 MERV-13 filters....got the…

Ordered 6 MERV-13 filters....got the box from FedEx and noticed that one corner of the box was pretty "pushed in"/damaged... opened it up and the damage made it's way inside the box to every darn filter....they were ALL sufficiently damaged on one complete side...using these filters will NOT provide the air filter needed as they now do not expand to the edge of the filter holder...they are damaged...I have waited, as you requested, SIX days no and still no reply to my two previous emails. I am looking for a refund for the six damaged filters or a shipment that is prepared CORRECTLY so that any shipping abuse will not abuse the product.

NO SHIPMENT, POOR SERVICE

Ordered filters July 21, 2020. It is now August 19 and no filters yet. Money cleared the bank July 22. Only receiving canned responses asking for five days to respond each time. This was not apparent the first time I ordered. Blaming shipping time on Covid-19????
THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Cancel the payment for quick response...

Ordered 6/25. Crickets after weeks of phone calls (had to leave voicemails) and emails (never responded).
Initiated payment cancel after five weeks.
Amazing response! Received the correct order within a week.
Update 7 Sep, 20. The response from the company still doesn't address how my voicemails and website forms were ignored for 6 weeks before canceling the payment. And I didn't follow through with payment cancellation because the order was finally fulfilled. The point was that I was ignored until starting the payment cancellation process.
Caveat Emptor.

Buy from somebody else.

I was waiting for more then a week to find out that my order was never shipped. Fast shipping is a lie. I have never been able to find the status of my order online despite of the link in the confirmation e-mail. Stay away.

Appalling Customer Service

It took about 3 weeks to receive the order which consisted of three boxes. One of the boxes was crushed by FedEx and the filters destroyed. I called customer disservice and no one answered. I left a message and it was not returned. I wrote two emails and neither was acknowledged. This is not a serious company. Stay away at all costs!

Update 8/9/20

Still waiting! I provided them all of my contact info as well as the order number so they would have no trouble finding all the info they need. I’m sure they’re diligently working it and just haven’t been able to find the time to respond.

Update 8/21/2020

I was finally contacted by a very apologetic customer service rep who immediately placed an order to ship replacement filters which arrived today. The filters seem to be about as good as anyone else’s so I’ll change my rating to four stars but they need to do significant work on timely customer service.

Filters are cheaply made

Filters are cheaply made, they bow in the middle and make a very loud whistling sound. I sent an email to them complaining and ask them pick up and refund the unused filters but never heard back. Would not recommend these filters to anyone.

Company will not update order information. Will not answer phone. Will not respond to email requests for information.

Ordered and paid for filters 11 days ago, and though their website claims they will ship in 3 days I cannot get them to update me on possible shipment date. Cannot get them to respond to phone calls or emails. This is not good business.

This company makes "UNDERSIZED"…

This company makes "UNDERSIZED" filters, so BUYERS BEWARE! They say their filters are sized "Industry Standard", but they ARE NOT! Their 14x20 filters are 1/4"-5/16" less in Width & Length dimensions as compared to other manufacturer's filters (i.e. Filtrete, etc.). Therefore, they "rattle" and fall against the ceiling grate making sounds when the air cuts off. They DO NOT FIT SNUG against the standard 14x20 filter framed opening. Very, Very ANNOYING.
Have installed ceiling filters in houses for 30+ years and have never purchased a filter this undersized from any retail store or any other online supplier. Even the actual measured size of their own filter is 1/16" less in width & length than what is listed on their website. This is obviously Very Poor Quality standards as compared to other filter manufacturers that I have ordered from over the last several decades!.
I have therefore wasted $62+ on 12 of these deficient filters and with no recourse from Factory Direct Filters. VERY BAD $$ LEARNING EXPERIENCE & BUYERS BEWARE!!

My bad

My bad! I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered. Will I ever learn! My experience is not dissimilar to so many other. Ordered the filters 23 days ago and I'm still waiting. If this was an outfit doing business on ebay they would have been dropped long ago.

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer…

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service. On hold for 10 minutes and finally told to leave a message and someone at some point will call me. Had on online chat as well while waiting to speak to someone......they are of no help and cannot do anything. Chat is a waist of time. Have ordered from them before and will be looking for another company to get our filters from. If you can't reach someone...why do business with them!!!

Bad customer service

Ordered previously with no problems but this time after ordering my shipment arrived 3 weeks late.

Also when i ordered one of my set of filters i clicked on "12" filters on their site but the box only had 6 in them. i emailed them and they said if i wanted 6 more i can order more. THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EMAILING ABOUT. They took no responsibility for their mistake. They ended up saying (paraphrasing here) "oops. Typo. We let web people know. Bye."

So nothing being done to mitigate the situation. Horrible customer service.

Ordered Filters on 10/31/18 and the…

Ordered Filters on 10/31/18 and the amount was charged to my CC on that date. I have sent 2 emails asking where they are and for shipping information with absolutely no response. At this point I am going to call the CC company and have the charges reversed.
