Horrendous company to deal with !!!

Ordered a u shaped sofa and footstool in June.
Sofa arrived fine (poorly made) but no footstool.
Chased the footstool repeatedly on a weekly basis to be told head office are dealing / manufacturing issue. I called that much they knew my number and started to avoid my calls, I only found this out when I called back from my work phone for them to pic up straight away. The footstool was never ordered so I was lied to for months ! Finally gets delivered in the wrong colour.

Registered a complaint with head office but they have failed to respond to me. Absolute sham of a company. Email address isn’t even a proper business email (Hotmail address )

Promotes you to pay cash and then doesnt deliver what you order.

Contacting trading standards to log a complaint.

Friendly salesperson. Suite delivered when expected, but there was a part missing. Rang and left message on answerphone. Rang again and spoke to a person who took a message. Finally went in the store on the Saturday and was promised someone would ring on Monday with time and date for repair, One week later and still haven't heard anything. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Damaged goods arrived. Convinced me they'd replace it. Blanked the phone. Cowboy outfit. STAY CLEAR.

Myself and my partner have been looking for a very specific sofa for months. Had an amazing experience this morning Saad and Dave who catered to everything we asked for and found us our perfect sofa. It was overall a great experience and nothing was an issue. They really went above and beyond for us! We really appreciate it!

We had a great experience here. We had such a warm reception from Saad and Dave and they were the only ones who helped us get the sofa we had been looking for. The range of fabrics and colours is incredible and not something we have been able to find anywhere else. Saad and Dave’s advice was second to none and nothing was upsold to us. Just overall a great experience and left with our perfect sofa.

Sorted out single mattress very easy.

Visited today to purchase new dining table and greeted warmly by Shaun and Dave.
We were left to freely explore and seek assistance which we required to place an order to which Shaun attended to.
He had a warm personality & informed us of all aspects and features with full clear knowledge. The transaction was a smooth and enjoyable experience due to good in store customer service and we look forward to receiving our table.

Saad and Dave are great. A good service and explained and show me around till I’m satisfied. The sofa 3+2 is fantastic price £699 for 2 sofa. You can never find a great value and good quality and good service. I am extremely satisfied. It is very recommendable and you can also find them Online

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace! My experience with MNS has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid them at all costs.

First, my original delivery was canceled because their van broke down. Inconvenient, but fine—these things happen. To make up for it, I was promised free sofa assembly and rubbish removal. Sounds fair, right? WRONG.

Two days later, two of the rudest, most unprofessional delivery drivers turned up. One of them looked completely out of it—slurring, hiccupping, and acting aggressively as if he was drunk, high, or both. His attitude was outright threatening. The other guy, while more presentable, spent most of the time trying to keep his lunatic partner under control.

Then came the scam attempt. Despite being promised free assembly, the aggressive driver demanded money and claimed he couldn’t leave the sofa unless I paid up. When I refused, he got even more aggressive, shouting that the sofa wouldn’t fit through the door. His calmer partner had to step in and actually think of solutions instead of just barking threats.

After much back and forth, they decided to unpack the sofa in the lobby of my affluent London building in Wimbledon (where rents are £3000+ a month, mind you). What did they do next? Turned the lobby into a dump, leaving rubbish everywhere and making no effort to clean up. They even had the audacity to smirk when I told them I’d be complaining.

To make matters worse, the next day, other residents reported that their Amazon parcels—marked as delivered in the same lobby—had mysteriously gone missing. Given the behavior of these so-called delivery drivers, I have absolutely no doubt it was them.

MNS is a terrible company hiring absolute cowboys to do their deliveries. Unreliable, unprofessional, and shady as hell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Went into the preston store approximately 3 weeks ago. Amazing prices. Looking forward to buying my new sofa. The store staff answered all my questions and were very helpful.

First, I'll start by clarifying which store I am reviewing as the attached web address is not correct nor even a registered site.
This review is for the Factory Outlet Sofa Superstore, 357 Oldham Rd, Ashton-U-Lyne OL7 9NE.
After being messed around by other sofa companies, I decided to drive down and see what they had in store. They had a huge selection and price range. I was only looking for something for our sports room and on a tight budget. We ended up with 2 options, both within budget, and were able to change from one L shaped sofa to a 3 and a 2 seater with a total of 4 recliners. I paid and although delivery was priced at just £40, I needed to put some miles in my own Luton van, so picked it up 3 days later. I'm writing this review 3 months on and everyone in the family mentions how comfortable and how glad we are with the decision we made. Credit where it is due. This store was a great find and considering I'd started to look on Gumtree, am over the moon we held out and got something brand new.

Very poor experience, we bought a leather sofa only to find it had 2x damaged legs upon delivery. despite multiple calls, no assistance forth coming. we also purchased a tv unit on the basis that if it did not suit, we could return it as per website terms - apparently this is not the case. BUYER BEWARE - go elsewhere & buy from a reputable seller not crooks

Ordered suite, paid £1000 deposit……then told loads of untruths, the manager at crown point was extremely rude, we had the phone put down on us at numerous times…..eventually we went to small claims court, the firm admitted full liability and we got refunded…..not to be trusted

Sales lady quoted me £999 for a sofa and chair in store. I emailed the next day and offered £700. They then raised the price to £1999 and said due to the sales lady accent and mask i misunderstood the price. LOL then when I left negative feedback on their Facebook page they tried to be condescending while at the same time trying to be professional. Told me good luck finding a sofa. We’ll see how long they stay in business. Over £200,000 for rent. That’s a lot of sofas they need to sell. GOOD LUCK.
